  • C7 Overcoming Premature Ejaculation

    This log will have every single detail of my journey to get rid of Premature Ejacualtion. Hopefully I complete it successfully. My plan is to do Levels 0,1,2 of the Dry Orgasm Guide by Minuteman and then moving on the 7 month Arousal Control Program.


    Premature Ejaculation, for most people, is a mix of physical and psychological causes. I plan to balance my pelvic floor first so physical side of the puzzle will be out of the way and then spending some time on working on my arousal which will take a bit longer.

    It is totally possible to overcome this horrible thing because in a nutshell it is nothing but reversing the consequences of bad habits you had (or still do ) in your early teen years. I'll keep you guys posted on my progress and I'm hoping it is a success story in the end so I can inspire some people with similar problems who will join the forum later!!

      I have overworked my Pelvic Floor. I tried to ignore it for a little bit but it is not a good idea in the long term. It happened because I was too strong on Kegel and Root Lock during the exercise. The combination of these two being strong enough and me applying more force than needed for the sake of isolation did it for me. I plan to lay off for 4-5 days or even a week depending on how it heals.
      I am starting again today and will take things very slowly. I'll go for two sessions a day because I am on "Next Sublevel" but will begin with very low number of reps.

        Ejaculating is important when doing a pelvic floor routine because it induces rest and also because it empties prostate from the liqiuds that gather while doing the routines.

        One of the way you can dis-asociate porn and edging at least in the immediate sense (because if you associate it way to much you can get a type of ED) is by watching porn to get erected then turning it off and edge, in time you should increse the time lapse between watching and edging more and more. (for example I tend to watch porn sometimes 3-4 hours before the actual edging). Also you should both work on your fantasies (while to much is not good, it is necessary to move the object of arousment from the medium to the "inside of your head"). As a good ideas for fantasies (if you lack them, as I did on several points) you can read erotica.

        Porn when used correctly is a great tool (and people should see it more as a tool) but overuse is problematic especially if you are using porn to fuel your every edging session.

        One aditional idea is to if you are for example edging 3 times a week, to have the second time that week you edge totally without porn. Some times you really need to devote the time to be your own source of arousal and create a certain habits or paterns that you can later on use to get yourself aroused.

        Also overall suggestion, do not rush kegels, do them slowly one by one with a little pause between, do not do rapid flexes like many people tend to do, it doesn't build up as much as it cause a bunch of bad habits developing, just because you can do them very fast doesn't mean you should.

          Awesome advice there MM! I will definitely work on slowing down. It only makes sense to do them slowly and try to sort of picture in your head what and how it's moving.

          As far as porn is concerned, I just give in to the sensation. I can get myself aroused without it just fine but I just want to check out if they posted any new videos. It's kind of an addiction and I'll get over it!

            EDGING

            Last night I did my first edging session. It lasted 25 mins and no ejaculation at the end. It was a very strange though. My pelvic floor was tensed most of the time. I have no clue how to how a light reverse kegel during the session--I tried doing it but it would affect my arousal ( just a little bit) and level of hardness (with immediate affect) I tried to deep breathe as well but it just felt like I was trying to do too many things at once. Also, I didn't notice what most people do when they edge--things like AIK, SIK etc I don't even fully understand what they are to begin with but I reached PONR several times last night and very quickly I'd have to stroke it literally 5-7 times to get into that Point of No Return Zone. Seems like I have a lot of work to do. Any feedback will be appreciated!

              The overall advice I can give you is to try things for a little longer and don't expect the results to come right now, because they mostly wont. So edge for about 2-3 weeks then report your observations. Also just edge and observe don't question or think about AIK, SIK and other stuff. Too many people with premE tend to over-analyse instead of just observing. Sex and Edging is done more in the body and as less as possible in the mind/brain.

                Interesting observations so far:

                Following is how I rate strength and isolation of 4 muscles involved--

                Root Lock--Strongest
                Reverse Root Lock--2nd
                Kegel--3rd
                Reverse Kegel--Weakest

                Clearly, I need to work on Front to Back balance and balance out my Kegel to Reverse Kegel as well. Reverse Kegel is so weak at times I stop feeling any movements 5-6 reps into the set. Now that I think back I used to hold a strong Root Lock Kegel (not completely isolated though-it was kind of a mix of Back and Front Kegels with Back being the dominate one) while I masturbated to porn or in shower to make the whole process quicker--it is what caused my Premature Ejaculation in the first place with, of course, some arousal levels issues involved.

                A good idea is to do any kind of Pelvic Floor routine after taking dump. Your bladder needs to be as empty as possible to keep interruptions to a minimum. Another thing that can help people is to think of all four movements in terms of what they actually do--

                Kegel--Think of increasing the pace and intensity of urine coming out
                Reverse Kegel--Stopping urine in its track/slowing down
                Root Lock--Think of getting that piece of shit out of your you know what as fast and with as much intensity as possible
                Reverse Root lock--Think of blocking it and and sort of reversing it

                These things ^^ have helped me a little with isolation as they help me "picture" what muscles I am supposed to involve and which ones are to be left out

                      So I just had sex. I haven't made any progress at all, if anything, I think I have stepped back a level. But this can be due to me starting a Pelvic Floor Routine. It is believed that it has a negative effect for a little while before it really starts to help you with things. I really hope this is the case.

                      Here is how it went: There was a little bit of foreplay and that includes me avoiding any kind of attempt she makes to touch it or do other stuff. So foreplay basically is me giving. Anyway, got her wet and ready and had her help me put the condom on. The second she touched it I felt a twitch and my Pelvic Floor was tense from the get-go (I felt it undressing her) I am in her and she is begging me to go a bit harder and I'm thinking all these things (breathing right, holding a light reverse kegel etc etc) and verbally telling her to slow down. I cum within the first minute. I kept going for about two more minutes because it was still hard and the difference was not noticeable. I pulled out and "faked" an orgasm and there she is giving me that look.

                      We kiss and do all that good stuff and now she is touching it here and there. I get hard again 7-8 minutes later and we go at it again. I give her 2 orgasms both 6 minutes apart and this time I felt I could go on forever. I stopped at 15 minute mark because she started getting sore and I kinda got tired and my unit was going limp as well. We talk and she tells me how good I am with my technique and now she doesn't need sex for at least a month. All I had on mind was why I hadn't made any progress at all while she was putting her cloths back on telling me all things good things.

                      We go get something to eat and head out to park. We talk about different things and we started messing around again because nobody was around. Things get heated again and we decided to go to the car. I am naked now and she is giving me a handjob. Everytime she touches anything below my chest--I feel my pelvic floor get tensed (it's mostly Root Lock) I do it so much and I had no idea to this day. I kept fooling around not for the fun of it but to "learn" something. My balance issues are far bigger than what I had thought originally.

                      Anyway, I am kinda sad but at the same time very motivated to do something about it. Oh and the thing that hurts me the most is that I ejaculated last night because I knew I was gonna get some and it still didn't help. The situation I have is rather comical--I mean how can somebody be so bad at something? Lol. Oh well I figure it out.

                        I have been giving it a lot of thought over the last couple days. I have noticed my pelvic floor is too tensed to continue with my current Pelvic Floor Routine but at the same time I do wanna stick with it because it gives me a feeling that something is being accomplished. I just don't want to go "Oh it just made it worse" few weeks down the line.

                        Balance is what I'm looking for but I'm torn between two approaches we have--RK only and 50:50. I don't know if it's psychological or not, I have been noticing a lot of clenching lately. Also, when I do my routine in the morning, Reverses are almost absent like I am always feeling I'm "forcing" them to happen and it doesn't work at all.

                        Have you guy had to make a similar decision? I would love if people can chime in with their opinions.

                          I would say try a reverse kegel only routine for a week or 2 and see if that helps. And also try some stretches like yoga to loosen things up down there. Iv had a similar problem with the whole twitch at the first touch, and reverse kegels and some stretching seem to help a lot. Im new but this is having a positive effect for me so far.

                            I can't stress enough how important the light RK during edging was to me. However, I always found it really easy to hold (at lower arosual levels). For some reason, both my kegels and reverse kegels are much easier to isolate when I'm hard and edging?
                            Muscle memory has a large part to play, the way I see it. I would also maybe suggest killing the kegels for a while, if they are already strong.

                              I have thought about going RK only but I have been reading a lot lately on this topic. People have had success doing 50-50 approach. I am doing MM's DO Guide and he clearly wants anybody who tries it to work all 4 muscle groups equally.

                              I can also see the logic in dropping kegels for a while but the question is how will I know my RK's are at equal strength to my Kegels.

                              Some people suggest No edging, balloning or any kind of stimulation for a certain period of time and others think it is impossible to fix yourself without these tools. I am just very confused is all.

                              What about you? How far along are you with your curing?
