    Hi forum.

    I've been doing JP90 for the past three months and here's what I have to say about the program:

    The obvious first is that it works, I've been going at it gently (as per this thread and experience) after week number one of aimless fumbling and gripping too hard. I've never experienced turtling or any other negative PI. That less is more philosophy is pretty accurate.
    I kept up with the routine with a one week exception and seen pretty amazing progress.

    I started with very poor EQ and fleeting boners, saw immediate changes after a single week of jelqing (a big surprise was the sudden veiny look) and realized that something like this is a good way to establish long term self improvement plans. Half-way through I started working out (jogging/dumbbells) and if I had to do a breakdown of the different sources of my gains it would go more or less like this:
    EQ > weight-loss (lost 30 pounds so less fat pad, buried treasure lol) > actual gains from enlargement.

    Here are my numbers:
    day 1: I had 5,51'' in length (I was using a measuring tape because of my slight upward curve so BPEL would be lower) and 5,7'' in base girth with a very shitty quasi-erection.

    Day 91: 6,81'' using a metal ruler PBEL, and 6,88'' using the same tape and pressing against the curve of my member as in day 1. Base girth 6,543''.


    Looking at my log i noticed a few weird things, my girth at week 4 was 6,45'', pretty close to what im clocking right now, and as i've been jelqing at 40-50% EL because i was mostly aiming for length, I have to say from experience that targeting girth or length also works. At week 5 my PBEL was at 6,29'' and after that pogress kinda slowed down, so im guessing the gains from EQ represent almost 100% of the first weeks, those week 4-5 numbers were my actual dick at 100%. (edit: this is stupid, im not even close to 100% EQ, if 100% was what you see tying a hair rubber band around the base and waiting a second until you are filled with blood then i must be at 70% at the most. I now realize it takes much longer to stop gaining from just EQ)

    So my actual PE gains are 0,52'' (0,59'' since i don't have BPEL from day one) in length and 0,09'' in girth in the first three months. Im trying to isolate EQ gains as they arent really gains in my opinion, more like i got my dick back, so its actually a bigger deal,today I have 6,8/6,9'' so

    Total EL gains in three months between enlargement and improved quality/hardness: 1,3''

    After doing the first month porn-free I started having the porn shakes and started "using" again, at this point i realized i had a pretty serious porn addiction (around that date I found an old CD with dial-up era porn that i must have backed-up because of Y2K or the dotcom bubble burst or something, and thought "wow, this is so mild, vanilla porn" then thought that if teenage me saw what I was wanking it to these days he would call the cops on me.)

    So the last couple of months I started struggling with said porn-shakes but still doing the JP90, trying to quit yet very slowly since I cant get hard to edge (something i really wanted to try out when i started but couldn't because i was off porn at the time) or measure without it, started dating again, and i've been going out with a really awesome girl. She's 25, a couple of years younger than me, and she had a kid in highschool so she had to become a sort of lioness protecting her daughter, so shes very mature and level-headed, I really respect her, a first for me with a woman, and stopped trying to reenact porn like I used to do, so this PE business is not just physical improvement, i actually started enjoying sex.

    I'll keep doing it not because of gains or some penile complex (i understand that I had a pretty good size to begin with) but mostly for (mental) health reasons, besides, the only side effect is getting a larger dick.

    So to sum it up, progress takes time, but with diligence you get there, the program works wonders, and if a lazy porn-fiend can do it then so can everyone. Give it a try, its free!

    My only mistake with this was not following that, the first week I was "conditioning" and what I was doing was seeing how much I could abuse my dick while jelqing until it became painful or I started seeing negative PIs.

    You can't have a go at this with a crash diet mindset, specially since going at it gently and playing it safe you see immediate results.
