    Doing my own routine after overtraining from JP90 so i guess the title is kind of misleading and looking at forums to help build a right routine for me. I will be measuring at the end of each month and putting it in the log.

    Starting measurements
    NBPEL: 5 inches BPEL: 6 inches EG: 5 1/8 inches FL: 2 3/4 inches FG: 3 15/16 inches


    Goals!
    NBPEL: 6.5 inches BPEL: 7 inches EG: 5 1/2 - 6 inches

    July 30th, 2013!
    -Did a warm up with my morning shower, did heli shakes and 5 way stretches with a light pull for 30 seconds/30 seconds rest between each pull
    -Jelqed for 6-8 minutes
    -Edged for 15 minutes

    August 2nd, 2013!
    -15 minute warm up
    -5 way stretches 30 seconds each with light pull/30 second rest between each pull
    -Jelq for 10 minutes
    -Edged for 15 minutes

    Going to be cranking up the days to 1 day on 1 day off! wish me luck

    August 5th, 2013
    -Warmup
    -5 way stretches 30 seconds
    -Jelq for 12 minutes
    -Edged for 20 minutes

    August 7th, 2013
    -warmup
    -5 Way stretches 30 seconds
    -Jelq for 15 minutes
    -Edged for 10 minutes.

    August 9th, 2013
    -warmup
    -stretches
    -5 minute jelqing
    -no edging

    My EQ has been low lately 6/10, i decided i need to take a rest week to see my gains and recover.

    Stopped recording, have a journal to do so. Ill post my gain results after a year or so of pe see you then!

    I woke up today and my morning wood felt as if it wasnt as hard as it could be, it was a 8/10 eq anyone can help tell me if this is bad or if its good and i should keep going?

    My glans felt a tad bit cold too? I feel like im overtraining and ive only done one day! Should i re do the routine next week or just keep going on without being so firm with my jelqs this time?

    I will be taking a week off of PE because i have been seeing a couple of negative PIs in the past few days. I'll restart the log when i do the routine from day one again.

    Can a mod change the topic name to "Ganja's progress log" because i dont do the jp90 and have constructed my own routine.
