    So I made some decent gains in the beginning. I gained an inch in my first year and have not gained since. It has been a year and half since my last gain. I haven't really been focusing on it much for the past 6 months though. I think I have become more secure and I am happier with my life in general. When I first started, it was right after my first breakup and I was fairly depressed. But I am new person now and starting over with PE with new purpose just because I want to improve. I have been going to the gym on a regular basis for the past 2 years and I have made some incredible gains. My quest for elite fitness will continue, but now I am going to add penile excellence to that. So here are my gains from the first year:

              So this website wasnt working for me for the past few days and hence I was unable to log my stuff. But I did try clamping for the first time and I am not sure how effective it was. I stayed hard for the hold duration but it didnt feel like there was enough pressure built up, like there usually is with pumping. However my dick did feel thicker and harder than usual and all the veins seemed hard and well defined as well.

                Comments:
                Wore my ADS for most of the day during work. Put on my extender after the routine for about 45 minutes. Going to bed with the ADS on now and will probably end up waking up between 2-3 hours to remove it.

                      The website was having problems so I had trouble updating. But Im still trying to get a feel for the type of routine I want to do. What I do know is I want to do manual, extending, ADSing, pumping, clamping. I would also like to wear a cock ring for as an adjunctive to the routine. So last night I went on a shopping spree and ordered a silicone sleeve, a ring of power, and a few cock ring. I have 6 weeks off from my clerkship. I'll still be working, but instead of having 2 jobs, I now have 1. So i'll have significantly more time get back into PEing. So in these 6 weeks I want to try a non stop 24/7 stretch routine. While jelqing and clamping and pumping on a regular basis as well. It'll be a very intense routine.. but I want to try it.

                        Hi Wanthis, i forgot you had an extender. How many hours do you guess you've worn the ADS and extender since you bought it? And i assumed when you bought your extender that you would have to continually be buying expensive extras. Is this true or has the original things you got with your extender been sturdy and lasted?

                          Oh I stopped keeping track with the extender last summer.. But I think i was nearing about 600-700 hours. I havent extended much at all since then though. But I think my ADS hours may have been around 1000 hours which is a lot. My flaccid length is almost always near 4.75. Even when I turtle I am usually aroynd 4" in flaccid. So that has helped. As far as erect length goes.. I don't think i have grown.. It probably would have take more tension and longer periods. But achieving a high tension was a problem with the penimaster pro as I've always been prone to slippage. And I've only had to buy the silicone parts a few times.

                            I don't think you could've done much more. Afterall you did 600-700 hours with your extender + at the same time you were putting in a ton of hours with your ADS, so expecting gains after all that was a reasonable thing to expect. And i've no doubt had you seen 0.3 inch gains from those initial 600-700 extender hours obviously you would've carried on and by now you would've clocked up around 2000 extender hours.

                            After just looking at the penis extender study A pilot phase-II prospective study to test the []efficacy? and tolerability of a penile-extender device in the treatment of []short penis? - Gontero - 2008 - BJU International - Wiley Online Library that people say proves that extenders works, i have to say that reading the characteristics of the 21 patients who completed the study (in table 1) it seem andro penis pick people who would be more likely to gain. Because unless i misread table 1 the average age was 45 and most of the 21 participants suffered some form of ED and 8 of the 21 had previously had penile surgery.

                            Much later edit: Even though the above study doesn't fill me with optimism, tonight i decided to give extending one last try. My intended routine is in my log.
