    Hey guys,

    I figured I would make a thread here to track my progress. I've had really, really bad premE for my entire life. I have extremely weak lower abs (diagnosed by a physiotherapist many years ago), and I'm just now coming to realize that I think that issue is playing a reasonably large role into my premE.

    I have been doing kegels / reverse-kegels pretty consistently for a while now, however I feel like I have stopped improving. I was doing them flaccid, however I am now going to start adding weight and doing them erect, as I feel that is required for me to continue making progress.

    I am also starting to do lower ab exercises along with the kegels to strengthen my pelvic floor even more.

    After doing some more extensive research and reading around the forums here, I decided I might as well incorporate PE exercises into my training as well. Worst case scenario, I will end up with a bigger, harder penis, and best case scenario it will also help with my premE.

    I am starting with a pretty big penis, but I suppose it can't hurt to get bigger. Here are my measurements:

    Current
    BPEL: 7.25"
    EG: 5.6"

    Goal
    BPEL: 8"
    EG: 6.25"

    As I stated though, my main goal is to be able to last 20+ minutes during sex. Right now I last about 2 minutes. Here goes nothing!
