    Welcome to my log! As of today, I am following the PESG routine. PE background- None
    I don't have a lot of privacy, so the PESG routine is just perfect.

    15/08/2013- Measurements
    NBEL - 5
    BPEL - 5,2
    MEG - 4,2

    Long-term goal - 6 NBEL , 5 MEG

    What I did today :
    10 minutes warmup w/ ricesock
    10 minutes of wet jelqing
    Stretching (up,down,left,right)

    Warmup with ricesock was excellent. The jelqing was a bit tricky, pubic hair got in the way and I had to stop a couple of times due to increased erection level. I then stretched, it was hard to get a good grip, but i used a towel and that seemed to do the job!

    16/08/2013- Howdy! Today was a good day.. for PE!
    What I did today :
    15 minutes warmup ( 10 min w/ ricesock + 5 min shower)
    10 minutes of wet jelqing
    Stretching (up, down,left,right)

    Warmup was excellent! Everything went smoother today, I trimmed my pubes so jelqing was a lot easier! Stretching is still not where I want it to be but this is a marathon. All in all, it was a good workout.

        18/08/2013- Today wasn't my best PE day, I did the same routine but I kept getting too erect. I also had a hard time gripping my penis 1 inch below the glans when stretching. Hand kept slipping onto the glans, if that makes sense. One positive thing is that my flaccid looked bigger after the workout, 3 hours later and it still looks bigger.

        Side notes:
        No more porn!

        I'm going to read up on stretching grip and where to place the hand when stretching for maximum grip.
