    This is the progress log for Ultima (me).

    Began PE on Friday, July 12th with the following measurements rounded to the next eighth inch down:
    BPEL: 7" (Exactly! I'm glad I'm starting with an even measurement)
    NBPEL: 6½"
    MEG: 5¼
    BEG: 5¼

    Routine:
    Hardly had one, but exercises always involved between 90 and 150 jelqs (I counted each hand as a rep, and I think that might be wrong). I usually warmed up for 5 to 10 minutes using a warm, wet microfiber cloth. Warmdowns were the same way. I took one day off after every 3 days of exercises.

    Notes:
    * I did not take flaccid measurements, because I don't care about flaccid size except for a mild preference for minimizing flaccid gains. I considered taking measurements in case I changed my mind, but I didn't reach a conclusion before I got distracted.
    * While I didn't get any major injuries, twice I noticed numerous purple spots on my glans. Each time, they were gone within 32 hours; and I took an extra day off after it healed.
    * When I was 17, I tore my PSL trying to pee with an erection after waking up. I believe this has resulted in a longer erect length, a lower erection angle, and a lower base position. The base of my penis isn't securely attached to my pubic bone. The above measurements were taken by laying a ruler flat against the dorsal surface of my penis. Using that method, it's possible to get longer measurements by forcing the penis down and pushing the ruler under the pubic bone. However, I am confident that the above results accurately measure the distance from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans.
    * All subsequent measurements have been and will be taken by laying a ruler perpendicular to the dorsal surface of my penis to make sure it touches my pubic bone.

    On Monday, July 29th, I took measurements and changed my routine to JP's 90 day routine. My measurements were as follows:
    BPEL: 7¼"
    MEG: 5½"

    Routine:
    JP90 with a 5 to 10 minute heatpad warmup and warmdown.

    Notes:
    * I used a new, clear ruler for these measurements. The new ruler is as accurate as the old one, but each end has ¼" of space before the 0 marks. I didn't notice this until a few weeks later! The above measurement and all future measurements with this ruler are adjusted for this extra space.
    * The ¼" gains in both length and girth appear to be entirely caused by improvements in EQ. I don't have any proof of this; I'm just looking at the correlation between my improvements in EQ and gains. While the correlation may not have implied anything, I swear I heard it say something between coughs.

    On Monday, August 12th, I found out that I was doing V-jelqs wrong and took measurements:
    BPEL: 7¾" (WOH!)
    MEG: 5½"

    Routine:
    JP90 with a 5 to 10 minute heatpad warmup and warmdown. (No change)

    * Before this correction, the V-jelq portion of my routine was actually just regular jelqing with a modified grip. Instead of the standard OK grip, I held my penis between my the bottom of my middle finger and the top of my ring finger, and closed the circle using my thumb. I'll experiment with this more after I finish JP90. If it's effective, I'll try to document it better.

    On Monday, November 4th, I took measurements and changed my routine. My measurements were as follows:
    BPEL: 7¾"
    MEG: 5½"

    Routine:
    5-10 minute heatpad warmup followed by 100-200 basic jelqs. When I'm finished, I take a hot shower, mostly to wash off lube, but also to gently warm down.

    Notes:
    * My routine was not very consistent for the last month of JP90. This was mostly because I was having trouble maintaining an erection full enough for jelqing, but I also had trouble motivating myself to do the exercises. I thought I was falling into depression. These two factors are probably related. However, in the past two weeks, EQ has risen; and motivation has come more easily. I also haven't felt perpetually sad. Again, these factors are probably related.
    * So far this latest routine has been mostly a 3-days-on/1-day-off routine in the evenings, but morning sessions seem to fit best in my schedule, and I find it easier to control my erection in the mornings.
    * I count 1 jelq as a right hand repetition followed by a left hand repetition.
    * After an unusually intense, 200 jelq session on Friday morning (November 15th), my penis had a strong doughnut effect. I did not realize that was possible with regular wet jelqs. Swelling was gone by that evening (about 8 hours later), but the skin is still pretty loose this morning (the next day). There don't appear to be any other injuries.
