I haven't been posting the angle at which I have been hanging so I will start to do so from now on, all my previous days were SD.

1 hour SD and 1 hour BTC with 3lbs.
Total time: 15 hours.
Once I don't feel fatigue at this weight ill bump up to 4 pounds.
All I can say is that I'm in love with the LG hanger and I would recommend anyone wanting to hang to buy one.
