    Welcome fellow wang crafters!

    Well I did post a routine in here somewhere but life changed, I had to adapt to those changes and now I am back at my PE. I will try to lay out a structured report of my routine, timelines and any gains. I will also write a general lifestyle/background prologue as well as any other relevant information. Thanks for reading.

    BACKGROUND/INTRODUCTION: I am 41 years old. I have been married for 10 years. I discovered PE during my interest in Taoist Sexual Yoga in the late 90's. There were some jelqing exercises there for penis enlargement which I found moderately successful. I am of reasonably good health for my age. I am an ex-boxer/martial artist of many years and have a normal healthy weight of around 95kgs (approximately 210 lbs). Sex life was active and varied up until 30 when I got married. Post-marriage it has been good but never often enough of course due to the usual pressures for us of work etc.

    MOTIVATION: A couple of months ago my wife had to move back overseas to look after her mother and another ailing relative. She is unable to return and I am unable to visit her for about a year (late June 2014) due to the sensitive and demanding nature of my work. In late June, when she left, I contemplated PE again as I found it a very appealing idea to arrive for my visit next year packing some seriously beefed up trouser filler. So, I began at the end of July after brushing up on my research.

    STARTING MEASUREMENTS: These are posted in my signature. Sadly, I didn't have the presence of mind to take a photo of my dick on day 1 so will just have to post subsequent photos. The initial stats in my sig have been there since I joined the forum...some senior members who remember me can at least vouch that they have been there since September 2012. Again, I cannot prove it but this would be a ridiculous exercise to embark on a yearlong project with made up 'average' stats. I hope that my current reputation and previous good standing allow readers to take those measurements as true.

    SUPPLEMENTS: To aid my development, I take 1500 mgs of Tribulus and about 2 grams of L-Arginine in a 40 gram low carb protein shake daily just after my workout.

    MY WORKOUT:

    Monday - Thursday (inclusive)

    STAGE 1 -

    10 minute warmup with a heated wheatbag.
    Stretch penis is four directions for a count of 60 using thumb and forefinger.
    Jelqs using Pjor lubricant - 100 slow jelqs to the left, right, downward and upward.
    Hold penis at the base between middle and index finger and 'flop' it from side to side (hitting my thighs) to a count of 100.
    Repeat the penis flopping but this time holding with thumb and index finger and flopping up and down hitting my belly to a count of 100.
    *The above routine takes about 35-40 minutes*

    STAGE 2 -

    20 Minutes of using the Bathmate Hercules in the shower with hot water.

    STAGE 3 -

    3-4 hours of extending using the Andropenis.

    FINISH -

    I gently massage my wang to promote blood flow and rub it with Lucas' Paw Paw Cream to aid in recovery from any chaffing or pinching.

    Friday - Full rest day but with supplements.

    Saturday & Sunday - 3-4 hours of extending with the Andropenis only.

    INTENSITY: This is a time-intensive program and I can only devote this time now that I am living away from my wife. I am in a shared house but have my own ensuite bathroom so it is a perfect setup for carrying out this program. It is heavy going on your wang...safety comes first and jelqing, bathmate or extender use stops immediately should I feel anything other than the mild discomfort to be expected. I don't want setbacks due to injury. At the time of writing this I was in the last week of my second month.

    RESULTS: I will post my results quarterly. This works best for me as I don't want to obsess over measuring my dick every week; I am going for a full year of PE so want to get nice surprises should my program be sound. My strategy is to work my penis from multiple exercises designed to do different things BUT achieve the same overall aim...greater length and girth. I will be happy with even moderate gains over a year

    OK...so I am hitting 10 weeks of this program today. The temptation to measure myself during the last 2.5 months has been strong but I have resisted. Results and photos being posted in 2 more weeks. Haven't missed a day but have noticed that I can now induce erections with thought and do not require porn or erotic imagery. Hope to have some good news for my efforts but am happy to just be contributing to the collection of PE lore. Just to maintain the discipline to do it in the face of a very demanding lifestyle will be reward enough...but fingers crossed. My wang definitely has noticeably increased flaccid length and girth; it also looks more 'solid' when erect.

      OK so here we go! I have the results of my PE experiments covering the period August 29th - October 18th 2013 (inclusive). I will break down a report complete with some theories, conclusions and forward planning.

      ROUTINE: I followed the routine as listed in my OP. I did not miss a single day over the 83 day period. I am posting this about a week early due to heavy commitments next week.

      SUPPLEMENTS: Supplements listed in my OP were also taken on each day of the training period.

      TRAINING ACHIEVEMENTS: Here is information on how much I managed to increase measurements whilst training with the bathmate and the andropenis extender.

      Bathmate: It is important to note that 'consistent length' means that the length for that week which I have listed HAD TO BE achieved during every session that week. If I didn't make that measurement on a single day...then it did not count for an increased number on my records. The length had to be achieved in the flaccid state for the 4 consecutive days of that training cycle. Overall, I achieved a increased flaccid state in the bathmate of 3.5 cms. I was very careful with regard to safety and patience.

      TIME SCALE CONSISTENT LENGTH
      Week 1 13 cms (5.2 in)
      Week 2 15 cms (6.0 in)

      Andropenis: I went by the manufacturers recommendations and used the extender 6 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time. There were some challenging weeks where the increase of 0.5 cms onto the rods would cause my dick to slip out due to the increased traction. I just persisted until my dick could do the whole 3-4 hours without retracting. The equipment has held up well and it is also important to note that this equipment is used in the flaccid state, like the bathmate.

      Jelqing: Now this was probably the most challenging. I failed to maintain the minimum 60% erection state consistently throughout the whole training period. Subsequently, there was significant time jelqing in the 10-30% erect range which I believe did not help to maximise erect gains. It did however probably contribute to flaccid gains.

      LIFESTYLE: I lead a high stress lifestyle with long work hours and a heavy study load. Family pressures and other general life challenges also exist. Subsequently, I know that I do not get anywhere near enough rest and sleep as I should. I have a few drinks each night after work and occasionally binge on the weekends. I make no excuses...I am simply factoring these things in to the overall assessment of PE undertaken and potential outcomes.

      RESULTS: I found the results unusual in some regards but not surprising in others. Here are the measurements that I took today which I used as an additional rest day (normally just Fridays)

      BP Flaccid Length: 5.625 inches
      MS Flaccid Girth: 5.0 inches
      BP Erect Length: 6.61 inches
      MS Erect Girth: 5.0 inches


      *Erect measurements taken at about 85-90% erection capability. All measurements (and accompanying photos) were taken on my rest day.*

      OUTCOMES: My greatest gains have been in the flaccid state. I have increased my BP Flaccid Length by +0.625 inches. I have increased my flaccid girth by +0.5 inches. Strangely, this has not translated to any gains in the erect state. Taking into account the starting measurements in my signature, I have maintained my erect proportions (the slight deviation in length is so little that I can perhaps put that down to environmental, time of day etc.) It is curious that my erect girth now equals my flaccid girth. Interesting and yet I am without explanation for this.

      So, I have a more pronounced flaccid dick which is nice. I am not disheartened at all by the lack of increases for the erect state.

      THEORIES AND THE WAY FORWARD: I have some suspicion that a heavy program such as this did not allow sufficient rest time. Essentially, it was 4 days of jelqing, bathmate and andropenis followed by one rest day and then 2 days of andropenis going straight back into the four day 'full cycle'. My intention is now to go to a 2 and 1 cycle to see if this allows the extra time for growth and healing. Further, I intend to modify my program to include a far greater emphasis on jelqing and EDGING. I am fully of the belief that I need to apply more effort in going for more blood flow into penis at the 60-80% range whilst training. I think, based on the huge lexicon of lore on this site, that the outcomes from these practices are clear in their success for erect gains. Lots of training in the flaccid state has probably stretched the penis and ligaments well to give me the flaccid increases mentioned.

      So, more jelqing, edging and rest days are on the cards. I will post an updated schedule/routine as soon as it has been completed.

        OK...so after the marathon 84 days resulting in just flaccid gains, I have done more research and have developed my new program for the next 3 month cycle.

        MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY FRIDAY:

        STAGE 1 -

        10 minute warmup with the wheatbag.
        Stretch left, right, up and down to a count of 60 in each direction.
        100 wet jelqs in each direction; left, right, up and down. Slow movement resulting in about 30-40 minutes for this part.

        STAGE 2 -

        20 minutes using the Bathmate.

        STAGE 3 -

        3-4 hours using the Andropenis Extender with increases to rods as per manufacturer's recommendations.

        STAGE 4 -

        Edging using a cock ring to promote maximum engorgement of the penis for whatever duration I can manage.

        STAGE 5 -

        Gentle massage of the penis and use of Lucas' Paw Paw cream to combat chaffing and irritation.

        WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY:

        These will be full rest days. I believe that I was not giving myself adequate time for growth on my last routine so have taken a 2/1 approach.

        SUNDAY:

        Just edging for as long as possible.


        SUPPLEMENTS: To remain the same with Protein powder, L-Arginine and Tribulus continuing to be used. Multivitamin tablet every morning before work.

        So, I will see how this works out. I may amend it if I find something going very wrong along the way but the increased rest time is something that I think will be very beneficial. Also, the edging will now be a critical part of my new PE. I think that this will help to solidify the stretching and inflating effects of the other exercises into better erect states and hopefully, growth in EL and EG.

        Tomorrow is day one of the cycle so here we go!

          Just an important note about my routine at this point. I ceased using the bathmate as of the 21/10/13. I just felt that it has become too much 'shock and awe' on my dick when combined with everything else that I am doing. The huge pressures created over such a short period of time (15-20 minutes) now seem to be pulling just a bit too forcefully on ligs.

          So, I am continuing my focus on warmup, stretching, jelqing, extending, kegels and edging. I think that this is the best combination of steady pressure techniques on my wang in the flaccid, semi-erect and fully erect states. I will just keep going until this second quarter of training is up and look at the results.

          I am already experiencing better EQ in general at this stage. Being on a 2/1 training roster and just taking the bathmate out seems to be giving that valuable rest time whilst still keeping my dick functional.

            Well, time for an update particularly as I ran into some challenges.

            1. After attaining better EQ in last post...it dropped off to about a 3-4 lol. It's important to note that I definitely had not sustained an injury and had actually scaled back my training (took away bathmate and went to 2/1 workout) prior to the EQ drop.

            2. EQ has pretty much now come back to where it was before (about a 7 or so) so no need to freak out.

            3. I have hit some kind of obstacle with my Andropenis extender. My wang just wont stay in there for more than about 15 minutes before slipping out. I think that I have hit some kind of limit on the ability of the flaccid penis to be maintained in the extender at the current setting. This results in me having to reapply it 6-9 times over 3-4 hours lol. Nobody can say that I am not persistent >.<

            4. With regard to point 3, I am subsequently not increasing the rods by +0.5 as per the manufacturers (and my) schedule this week. My dick obviously needs another 10 days (the usual increase intervals) to get past this resistance. There is no nasty pull on the ligs so it is the actual penile tissue that is being restrictive OR it is the next point.

            5. The extender is hard to use, for me at least, uncircumcised. Now, I have done as the manufacturers recommend and use some gauze around the shaft just below the head where the strap sits. They do not recommend direct contact between dick and extender so doing the right thing. However, the gauze bunches up slowly over about 15 minutes and then slips over the head and thus my dick slides out too. I have to find some better method to allow the extender to stay in place by perhaps discovering a different non-slip, non bunching material. However, kind of hard as the penis contracts and extends in width over 3-4 hours so slippage is a tricky problem.

            6. I have started a cautious clamping routine 3 times a week now. Just 2 x 2 minute sets in a 40-50% erect state. Mild kegeling at this stage. Hoping to increase the sets to 3 in the next week or two then increase to 3 minutes at a time. Will continue up to to the point where I can do 3 x 10 minute sets as per experienced vets. My PEing over considerable time, along with a few heavy routines over some months, has allowed the penis to take this due to conditioning.

              Discrepencies in recording measurements correctly back in 2012 have resulted in some amendments. The attached link goes to the post explaining these recording errors. It does make some of my previous log posts redundant so the bottom line is this:

              27/07/13 - 20/10/13: Increase in BPEL of +0.35", BPFL +0.625" and FG +1.0"

              I knew my wang looked bigger not just in the flaccid state but also erect. Not big gains in erect state but encouraging all the same. Now, back to training and my proposed second quarter posting date for results of late January

                OK...I didn't intend to make another entry until I had something noteworthy...and behold I have.

                I was having a few beers last night mulling over my PE and the recent struggles with EQ, my Andropenis extender and the manner in which I have been jelqing etc. As I had a barely satisfactory session yesterday, I decided to do an amended session today as I still have tomorrow put aside as a due purely for edging.

                I have realised that consistently good PE technique is far more effective than medium-level application of high intensity sessions in my case. So, I did a hell of a lot of reading on the forums last night and today (I should be studying but will get back to that after this) and trialed a new regime today. It was bloody brilliant.

                As a result, I will be changing my routine as of Monday to the following:

                1. WARMUP - 10 minutes with the wheatbag.

                2. STRETCHING - Stretching in 5 directions for 1 minute in each direction.

                3. JELQING - 120 wet jelqs x 5 directions with each one having a duration of 3-4 seconds.
                (in between sets I do the Wangslapper technique - this is something that I have retained from Taoist Sexual Yoga in the '90s. You hold the wang at the base and slap it from left to right against your thighs whilst counting to 100. You then hold your wang on the top and bottom at the base and slap it up and down against your belly for a count of 100 *do not slap it into your ballsac*. This is probably some variation of helis.)
                I then use my custom made Uber-V Jelqenstein device to perform 100 V-jelqs from above the penis and then a further 100 V-Jelqs from below the penis. Sloooow at about 3-4 seconds per jelq.
                100 helis counter-clockwise and 100 clockwise for warmdown.

                4. CLAMPING - At this stage I am doing 2 x 2 minute sets. I hope to increase to 3 sets next week and then increase duration for each set by 1 minute each week up to a maximum of 10 minutes in the distant future.

                5. EDGING - I do 5 minutes of this initially with a cock ring and fleshlight. I then remove the cock ring and continue edging with the fleshlight. Currently (thank you Taoist Sexual Yoga), I can go for 35 minutes utilising kegels to withhold ejaculation. I will keep ejaculations to once per week on a rest day as that suits me best.

                I did this routine today and it was freakin awesome! The slower jelqing rate was somehow maintaining my EQ better. The Uber-V Jelqenstein device I made was consistent and just the right pressure. After a quick wang wash with warm water, I went into the clamping which gave great engorgement. A brief rest of 5 minutes afterward with massage of the wang and then into edging. My dick was at about an EQ of 8-9 which is fucking great for me; it was like that for the whole 35 minutes and the vascularity was brilliant. It was definitely bigger once I hit about 25 minutes than it would be in a stock, standard erection.

                I left the session feeling great with a lingering hint of activity and increased bloodflow in my dick and heightened awareness. I feel great about this program and doing it on a 2/1 basis is just right for me in terms of 2 days of really good, well rounded workouts and a full day of recovery in between. Also, the edging day on Sundays is just a bonus.

                With this now on record in my log, I will proceed toward the end of January and share results. I expect really good EQ to be the primary outcome which would be bloody brilliant. The techniques themselves, which respectively have been shown to contribute to both length and girth may give me gains.

                I will post a pic in my account at some stage too of the Uber-V Jelqenstein device that I have created. It will no doubt amuse some.

                    Ok time for an update which I should have done on Monday.

                    I have maintained my schedule for this quarter but as of yesterday, I have increased clamping to 2 x 5 minutes. I will add an additional set next week of 2 minutes to be on the safe side.

                    In November, I missed a total of 5 PE sessions due to injury (non-PE related). Everything else is being maintained and is stable. Onwards to the end of January to see what my endeavours have brought me.

                      Righto...time to update. As of last Monday, I went to 3 x 5 minutes of clamping. It seems to be going well. All other parts of my routine have remained the same although I did omit the V-Jelqs today due to time constraints. Will keep updating on the march to my second quarter review at the end of January

                        Tally Ho! Time for an update. All things remain stable with my routine; keeping clamping at 3 x 5 min sets for the moment. Didn't do my routine on the 20th but did it on the 22nd instead so created a three day set with Monday and Tuesday.

                        Everything going well. One more month to go on this routine for the second quarter. Will see what happens. Merry Christmas to all. I have drunk far to much bad quality liquor...hehe.

                          Right then....update time. All routine exercises remain the same but clamping has been increased to 3 x 6 mins as of last Monday. I missed my workout on the 31st so made that a rest day and made the 1st a PE day instead which created a 3 day set before rest; no problems there.

                          Only about 3 weeks until quarterly measurements and report so it will be interesting what happens there; I could speculate on subjective observations but would rather relay empirical evidence. So, just have to push on.

                            OK so here we go! I have the results of my PE experiments covering the period October 19th 2013 - January 26th 2014 (inclusive). I will break down a report complete with some theories, conclusions and forward planning. Please forgive the 'bold' font...I can't disable it in this post for some reason!

                            ROUTINE: I followed the routine as listed in my post which followed the end of my last quarterly routine. I did 64 sessions during the period listed above. I did not always follow my training/rest days strictly according to plan (if I missed a session I used it as a rest day and made a future rest day a training day).

                            SUPPLEMENTS:
                            Supplements used were Arginine, Tribulus and Generic Whey Protein post-routine. A few times I didn't take them due to time constraints, forgetfulness etc.

                            TRAINING ACHIEVEMENTS: I am very pleased to report that I did manage to attain some gains in almost all areas except FG; curious as the increase in MSEG was pretty good. The gains achieved since October 18th are as follows:

                            BP Erect length: 6.875 (+0.26 inches) - Total increase since July 2013(+0.62 inches)

                            MS Erect girth: 5.375 (+0.37 inches) - Total increase since July 2013(+0.37 inches)

                            BP Flaccid length: 5.875 (+0.24 inches) - Total increase since July 2013(+0.87 inches)

                            MS Flaccid girth: 5.0 (no change) - Total increase since July 2013(+1.0 inches)


                            Jelqing: Consistent pressure with reps and duration as listed in my workout posted in October, with amendments. It was time intensive and my PI and EQ fluctuated. I did the best that I could with heavy focus on the 'OK' grip and 'V' Jelqing.

                            Clamping: I introduced this part way into the quarter. The date is listed in a previous post. I am currently at 3 x 6 minutes of clamping which I do immediately after my jelqing. I think that this has certainly contributed to girth gains as I have engage in no other exercises or used equipment that is girth oriented.

                            Lifestyle: To be blunt, the last few months have been quite bad. I have been under huge emotional stress due to work and general worry over my partner who is away and operating under difficult circumstances. I incurred an injury at work which has taken it's toll both in terms of pain and the grief that comes with dealing with Management and insurers. It has affected my ability to exercise drastically; I can very little and my general fitness and strength have dropped off. I drank quite heavily in comparison to the past due to stress and boredom (yes...very naughty) and smoked cigarettes. Pain killer medication may be significant in terms of curtailing gains but there is no empirical data to back this up. My study load did drop off from late November which was one good thing and I also moved into much better lodgings which are more comfortable and less stressful.

                            THEORIES AND THE WAY FORWARD: I think that a slightly lighter routine with more rest days probably contributed to good results. Also, taking away the Bathmate and Andro Extender probably took some of the 'overkill' out of my routine. I wanted to get back to basics and thus focused on Jelqing mainly but also knew that my dick was conditioned enough for Clamping, though I did the sensible thing and started out with very moderate durations and reps for this. I think that age may play some factor as my body isn't capable of repair and modification to the same degree that an 18-30 year old male may experience. I may be gaining more slowly...but I am still gaining through determination and sheer dogged adherence to routine and structure.

                            I am now developing a new routine but not too far removed from what I have done for this second quarter; it has worked and I think that I can find a slightly better median between too little and too much by introducing one additional element which is likely to be Pumping. I am not in a position to use my Bathmate at my current lodgings so have invested in a reasonable quality air pump today.

                            I will list my new routine tomorrow and commence then also.
