Changed to this type of routine about 4 weeks ago, improved it with additional girth work 1 weeks ago, will make starting measurements sunday.
During those four weeks I increased my BPFSL by 0.4cm, have yet to test BPEL gains.
Anyways, starting sep. 30th my routine will be :
700 dry jelqs (starting from 0-30% eq, ending at 80-90%eq) spread throughout the day, with 6x60s uli's (90%) also throughout the day, and a 10 minute stretching session in the evening, with edging 3x a week for 20 mins each session.

09.20 500 jelqs, 2 uli's
09.21 rest
09.22 600 jelqs 6 uli's
09.23 700 jelqs 6 uli's
09.24 700 jelqs 5 uli's + stretching session
09.25 was sick, only did 400 jelqs, 3 uli's
09.26 700 jelqs, 5 uli's, stretching session
09.27 650 jelqs, 5 uli's, stretching session
09.28-29 rest
GOALS for September 2014:
1.) Achieve 20cm NBPEL
2.) achieve 15.5cm MSEG
3.) Achieve Rock-Hardness (10 EQ, now have 9EQ, but this goal will be completed VERY shortly)
4.) LEARN TO USE MY NEW DICK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE!
