I have started from oct 1st. following JP's 90 days beginner routine! I will update my progress here(hope to see some). I am using x4 labs stretcher 2 hours per day! As I am going to gym 6 days a week for intense workouts, I take few supplements as well like Branched Chain Amaino Acid, Cod oil, Vitamin B-100, Fat Burners, Whey protein, Creatine and on a healthy diet! No cigs, junk food etc!
