    So i started about August 10th 2009 just doing 20 reps of circular stretches holding each angle ( left, right, forward, up, down) for 5 seconds each every day, while every other day i'd do penile clamps for 3 sets of 10 minute intervals with 10 minute rests in between.

    So it's september 20th 2009 and i've been doing the same exercises since august 10th, and i have to say

    August 10, 2009
    4.5 EL 4.7 EG

    September 20, 2009
    5.6 EL, 4.9 to 5 inches in girth
    6.25 BPEL, 4.9 to 5 inches in girth
    August 10 2009: 4.5 inches length no BPEL. 4.5 inches width.....September 4 2009: 5.1 inches length no BPEL. 4.9-5 inches width.

    Well it seems to be working, so stick with what works. Congrats on the gains!
