Failure! I masturbated to porn :-( just the once though and although it's probably a big set back, I haven't had the urge since so hopefully I can get back on track!

Ok - I'm back after being away for a week. I've masturbated and looked at porn about 4 times during that time. Disappointed with myself - but at least I have a target now. I want to pass the 3 week mark at least this time.
