Nighttime routine
Warm up with wamr/hot water in sink with rag 8-10 min
JP90 with added V and Regular Jelqs
Horse squeezes, Big Al squeezes
Warm down in shower for 15-20 minutes
Mid Day routine
Warm up 8-10 minutes in shower
Bathmate 15-20 minutes increasing pressure steadily throughout the session
80-100% Erect while in Bathmate
I also do Kegels while in BM, I do 5 sec holds every time I increase pressure
Warm down 10 minutes while rubbing and kegeling to prevent discoloration( Also why I Kegel while in BM) I believe that helps gets fresh flood in and helps prevent discoloration
