Much safer and easier on the body to just clean one's diet up, and incorporate a daily cardio and regular weight-training regimen. Fasting is okay for detoxing and a once in a while shock to the system, but regular starvation is not good for the body's cellular repair.

True, however doing the intermittent fast only helped make me more aware of food choices when I did eat which also helped. I also read that if you incorporate a 24 hour fast once or twice a week (eat at say 7PM on Monday, and then don't eat again until 7PM til Tuesday) right before you eat you have a HUGE increase in HGH. I haven't tried it in conjunction with PE yet, but I plan to. Still have 30 lbs to lose. :)

Simple. DIET!!
keep your calorie intake to a minimun. Stay away from starchy carbs (stored as fat) and do some exercise as well to help decrease the amount of fat in the body.
