    I bought phallosan forte and I would like to make a personal experience out of it. What I mean is that I will learn how to loose the fat pad, At the moment I have an idea to burn fat in all of the areas of the body. Intermittent fasting, stop eating at 18pm only drinking water, go to sleep wake up go to the GYM fasting, it is crazy but you are at a caloric deficient which means your body uses FAT as its energy, so you pretty much loose twice as much fat or triple, it depends on how the exercise is intense. and after gym you wait 1 hour more and then you have 8 hour window to eat your food, Healthy once though. And I will post my progress on the fat reduction in specific area and my penis enlargement. with the new device . wish me luck.

    I'm thinking liposuction. I hear the fat pad is a real mother to get rid of. Wont the fasting devour muscle too

    hmm I didn't explain, from clinical trails it was said that after 48 hours you will experience muscle loss, though within these hours you can fast and burn fat faster. Look it up, you don't eat 16 hours only water then you get 8 hours to eat healthy 3000 calorie food or less if you want weight loss. you burn fat and all of your muscles will be see through. lipo is expensive and you can burn all of the fat from the body even the specific areas as the body takes the fat from all of the areas of the body in order to get energy. you can burn love handles plus lower abs going to try this anyways and give you results

    Fasting is healthy because it cleans your body from toxins that are stored in fat cells which you burn. It rebalances your hormone levels blood pressure etc. I am a health maniac and I see the differences. I started yesterday, not to eat at night, till sleeping for 9 hours then eat at 12, oh and maybe do 1 hours cardio for extra fat burn since metabolism is high plus human growth hormone increases in men by 2000% when you work out while fasted, so this means that you burn fat and muscles will stay. after 1 hour of gym I eat my vitamins etc get up to 2000calories and repeat the cycle. Just google intermitted fasting and you will see clinical trails that were done for humans.

    Well, I did 24 hour intermittent fasts, twice a week, since May and have lost nearly 50 lbs. I also did cardio and weights in that time (not always fasted.) When I DID eat, I ate under my BMR. The fat pad has definitely reduced.

    Looks like I need to start fasting myself.. 50 pounds of garbage out the body is what I need, too bad McDonalds keeps calling me!
