    Hey everyone,

    This is my thread for finally starting after about a year of lurking, so I am technically new to PE. I started October 12, 2013. My routine is as follows:

    Warm up for 5 min.
    Manual stretches and keigels for 7 mins.
    Side to side: 50 reps
    Jelq: 200+ reps
    Short jelq: 50+ reps in between
    Side to side: 50 reps
    Manual stretches and keigels for 7 mins.

    This is what I have been doing for the past 12 days now and so far I have gained 0.25" in girth and no length yet (this was measured after week 1). My goal is to reach 8x6 so +1" in length and girth. Also, I hope for better EQ. If you guys have any tips or advice, I would really appreciate it! Thanks everyone.

    I forgot to mention this is 5 days on and 2 days off. Since today is my last day of workout week, I did an extra 100 jelqs and 50 v-jelqs.

    Not sure if I should measure tomorrow or just wait till the first month is over.

    I'll update with any gains, looking forward to the day I'm 8x6

    Made a few changes to my routine:

    -Pulled foreskin back for manual stretches
    -In between every 50 jelqs, I do 45 v-jelqs (15 up/15 left/15 right)
    So, at the end I do 200 jelqs and 180 v-jelqs
    -After I do about 25-50 short jelqs

    Do you guys think these changes are too intense? I feel fine since I am being cautious not to injure myself

    Hey, I read your post and noticed you wanted an increase in EQ.
    Haven't you got any increase in EQ since starting the program? I've got an major increase. I think much of it is because now i manage to relax my pc muscle which seems to increase the bloodflow, I can like feel the blood rushing to my pipi.

    Before I was holding kegels all the time without thinking of it, it seems like holding you pc muscle, limits bloodflow, atleast before its fully erect.

    Anyways, i'm just speculating and have no idea if what im saying is right or wrong. just wanted to share my toughts.

    Thanks man! Yea, my EQ is a lot better now and my girl is noticing a change haha I haven't told her I'm doing this, I just play it off like I didn't know it's getting bigger

    My previous measurements were (Oct 26, 2013): BPEL: 7.00" EG: 5.25" and after measuring I am now BPEL: 7.25" EG: 5.25", also my EQ is a lot better. Making progress!

    I made a few adjustments. Down to 150 Jelqs and 135 V-Jelqs (ranging in the 20-50% erect level), also added 4 Mandingo stretches and 4 tension stretches.

    So I am really impressed with my results so far. I just measured today (Dec 1, 2013) and got FL: 5.5" FG: 4.1" but more impressive is that I measured BPEL: 7.5" EG: 5.26"!

    I am so happy with the length gains! I wish I had more of the girth gains, but I feel like most of my workouts are towards length so I will make adjustments to my routine to get more girth. But very pleased!
