As many of you know I have waited over 18 days for my phallosan to arrive in the mail. Well finally tomorrow is the day I recieve it so I plan on documenting the next 1500 hours of phallosan use here daily. However, like the title suggests, I will also be doing my same manual routine that in have done off and on for about a year. The phallosan will be my first device ever so I guess you could consider me a newbie. I am going to be only measuring and documenting Bpfsl and nbpfsl as I believe them to be the most accurate indicators of growth. I measured today and will post my currently measurements, my goal, and my routine that starts tomorrow. I have not measured my girth as I'm pretty much only focused on length right now.
Current length 10/28/13
Bpfsl - 17.5 aka 6.889 inches
Nbpsfl - 15.5 aka 6.102 inches
My erect length is the same as my Nbpsfl but I never measure that. My eq has been bad lately because of stress etc.
Goal:
Nbpel: 7.5 girth: 5.5-6.
I'm hoping that with the 1,500 hours in the phallosan over the next 4 months mixed in with my manual routine I will come closer to this goal. If I can gain 1 inch in length that will make me nbpel 7.1 inches! If I can just gain half an inch in girth than I'll almost have my dream dick!
Routine:
Wear phallosan 10-15 hours 6 days a week.
150 regular Ok jelqs 2 days on 1 day off.
Hour-long edging sessions at last 3x a week.
Some manual stretches + tunica tug 6 days a week.
That's all I've got for now. If anyone has any girth exercises they'd recommend to me that'd be great. Really excited to start tomorrow!
