Again, good session except this time for warm down I jumped in the shower and let the hot water run instead of using the Bathmate.
Today's my day off since I'm doing a 2 on, 1 off schedule.
Will be posting measurements weekly.
Alrighty after a week of on and off PE I finally got it down (so I think)
I have been trying to stick to 2 on 1 off but because I do have a girlfriend and I can't always be home to do my PE I took 2 days off (Oh the horror!)
While I am sexually active, I haven't ejaculated in more than a few days so keeping my erection level at the ideal 50% was very hard. I was getting so hard today in my session that I would have to stop after just 6 to 10 jelqs to become flaccid enough and continue. But I went through and did my 150 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs like the JP90 program suggests. I thought masturbating wouldn't help since I thought i wouldn't be able to keep it up enough afterwards.
Anyways... i'm taking measurements every Thursday and keeping it in an Excel file. I'm wondering if my measurements will be bigger because of not ejaculating... hmmm...
