Basic Stretching Exercise
WET jelqing
150 Ok grip
90 V grip
Seemed to have trouble staying around 80% erect. Went soft many times. hmm.Start:

Basic Stretching Exercise
WET jelqing
160 Ok grip
90 V grip
Noticed a small red spot on the body of my penis. Also after PE there seems to be slight discoloration throughout(a dark tint, not as vibrant pink/red as before). May be signs of overtraining or gripping to hard during OK grip jelqs as I thought a harder grip would increase blood flow. May take a day or two off and if everything looks back to normal then start back up with about half the squeeze I have been using.Start:

Ok so after three days of rest(11/25 - 11/27) everything is looking completely back to normal. Proceeding on to exercise with a comfortably snug grip during all of the jelqs, in place of my previous death grip.
Basic Stretching Exercise
WET jelqing
150 Ok grip
90 V grip
First time I made it all the way through without small, sharp pains while jelqing.Looking much better.
