    I officially started PE on the 21 of September.

    My routine today consisted of:

    10 minute warmup
    5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
    10 minutes wet jelqing
    20 minutes edging then ejaculation

    workout went good. Felt hard as a rock during edging.
    Goal: Huge

    No overdo No fast way Just Slow and EASY.
    Dedication , Good technic , Patience ,Rest , Believe , Supplements , A lot of Water

        Thanks guys! After blowing my load last night, it seriously shot out. I was holy, "holy shit!"

        but anyways, the workout today consisted of the same:

        10 minute warmup
        5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
        10 minutes wet jelqing
        20 minutes edging

        Did about 200 kegels as well. Going to probably start that beginner to intermediate kegel program.

        edit: currently on 2 days, 1 off. After 3 months I'm going to bump that up to 3 days on, 1 off

            Been using a hot washcloth for a warmup. I need to find myself another heating pad that will actually get up to ah igh enough temperature. Any suggestions?

              I use a wheat bag just put it in the microwave, many different ways to go about it though.

                        Workout went very well. Hard as a rock during edging session.

                        Now to do 30 minutes of bed fowfers or whatever they're called.

                            I just noticed, you're almost identical to where I was at when I started back in May.
