I officially started PE on the 21 of September.
My routine today consisted of:
10 minute warmup
5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set)
10 minutes wet jelqing
20 minutes edging then ejaculation
workout went good. Felt hard as a rock during edging.
