I should have started this when I started my PE routine but here it is now. Back when I was younger I remember my penis being just 6 in. So I know I have gain in that part and this is my off day so only did some stretching and kegals.
8 Weeks in the JP 90 Routine

Did some light stretching today 2 sets of 30 sec. stretches. Stretched to the left thigh then right thigh stretched upward and side to side. Flaccid hang seems to be improving as I do traction wrapping everyday in 15 min. intervals.

Workout felt good used a bit of pressure but not to much.

Ok workout is going good seeing some improvement in flaccid hang as I traction wrap after my workout.
Warm up 10 min.

Workout went good! After my PE workout I measured my flaccid and it was 4in. I'm looking to increase this over time.
