    I should have started this when I started my PE routine but here it is now. Back when I was younger I remember my penis being just 6 in. So I know I have gain in that part and this is my off day so only did some stretching and kegals.
    8 Weeks in the JP 90 Routine
    NBPEL 6'5/8
    BPEL 7
    Girth 5'1/2

    Did some light stretching today 2 sets of 30 sec. stretches. Stretched to the left thigh then right thigh stretched upward and side to side. Flaccid hang seems to be improving as I do traction wrapping everyday in 15 min. intervals.

    stretched straight out with 25 quick kegals
    stretch to the left big circles to the left/right
    stretch to the right big circles to the right/left
    stretch straight up then big circles
    50 wet jelqs straight down
    50 wet jelqs to the left
    50 wet jelqs straight out
    30 V-Jelqs
    10 min warm down

    Workout felt good used a bit of pressure but not to much.

    10 min warm up
    Stretch straight out/25 quick Kegals
    10 Big circles
    25 Helicopter shakes
    Stretch to the left thigh/25 quick Kegals
    10 big circles
    25 Helicopter shakes
    Stretch to the right thigh/25 quick Kegals
    10 big circles
    25 Helicopter shakes
    Stretch straight up/25 quick Kegals
    10 big circles
    25 Helicopter shakes

    Jelq
    Straight down 50 times
    Jelq to the left thigh 50 times
    Jelq straight out 50 times

    30 V-Jelqs

    Ok workout is going good seeing some improvement in flaccid hang as I traction wrap after my workout.

    Warm up 10 min.

    Stretch Straight out/25 quick kegals
    10 Big circles
    25 Helicopter Shakes
    Stretch to left leg/25 quick kegals
    10 Big Circles to the left/right
    25 Helicopter Shakes
    Stretch to the right/25 quick kegals
    10 Big Circles to the right/left
    25 Helicopter Shakes
    Stretch Straight Up 25 quick Kegals
    10 big circles

    Jelq
    Jelq straight out 50 times
    Jelq straight down 50 times
    Jelq to the left thigh 50 times

    Workout went good! After my PE workout I measured my flaccid and it was 4in. I'm looking to increase this over time.

    10 min warm up
    Stretch to the left thigh/25 kegals
    10 circles to the left/right
    25 Helicopter Shakes

    Stretch straight out/25kegals
    10 circles
    25 Helicopter Shakes

    Stretch to the right thigh/25kegals
    10 circles to the right/left
    25 Helicopter Shakes

    50 Jelqs to the left thigh
    50 Jelqs straight out
    50 Jelqs straight down

    Laying down 30 V-Jelqs
