    Now, I never kept a log here and I'm not intending to. I will however post every now and then and write about my progress.
    Today I finished my first month of PE and here are the results as accurately as I could measure them:
    Starting stats:
    NBPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1")
    BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5")
    BPFSL:16.5 cm (6.5")
    MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.92")


    and today after 1 month:
    NBPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5")
    BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.88")
    BPFSL:18 cm (7")
    MSEG: 12.7 cm (5")


    I'm putting more focus on girth the next month, so we'll see

    I finished my 5th week of PE. Another week has passed and I had to measure to see if the modifications I made to my routine have had any effect on my gains or not. My dick is starting to look more veiny and I received mostly positive PIs this week with only a little pain I felt in my ligaments due to stretching SD with an increased intensity. In order to increase the intensity of my SD stretches I started flexing my abs which put more pressure and stress on my ligaments. Fortunately the pain only lasted one day and my penis felt more pliable after that.
    I experimented with squeezes last week and they seemed to make me gain much faster in girth, so I made them a part of my routine from now on. I also added a couple of advanced stretches because my dick was starting to get used to the ones I did. I have to make some changes to my current routine and start doing the new routine starting tomorrow. I'm also going to increase the frequency of my workouts to 2 days on, one day off.
    Here are the results of my new measurement:
    NBPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5")
    BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.88")
    BPFSL:18.6 cm+ (7.3"+)
    MSEG: 13.2 cm (~5.2")

    My starting stats are in the OP. This week I had no BPEL gains but over half a centimetre gains in BPFSL which I believe to be the result of me really working my tunica this week. I need to increase the time of my jelqs so that my BPEL can catch up. I am gaining in girth which started to happen in the last two weeks and really took off in the latter. My goal of 7" NPBEL x 5.5" MSEG doesn't seem that far away after all.
