    I began PE'ing on 11/5/2013. I figured since I'm on here everyday I should start a log.

    Todays routine 11/27/2013- morning wood hard- EQ 9.5
    10min. Warm up with rice sock
    2 sets of 30sec. Stretches N. NW. W. SW. S. SE. E. NE.
    5min. Jelq- palms facing hips
    5min. Jelq- palms facing down
    5min. Jelq- palms facing up
    5min. V jelq
    25min. Edging
    Warm down in hot shower
    50 testicle jelqs
    50 testicle tugs

      HammerTime, glad to see you've started a Progress Log. Thanks, it will be another resource for the rest of us here in the Forum world.
      What are testicle jelqs and where can I learn more about them...actually they sound painful...and I think I might lose some morning wood if I add them to my routine

        There not painful for me as I apply barely any pressure. Form your hand into a C, thumb at the base on the top of your penis, pointer finger on the base of sack underneath. Jelq straight out, release pressure when you get to testicles and lightly jelq over thm.

        I've noticed I don't have morning wood after rest days. Is this normal and do I need rest days if my PI's are good and I'm not sore?

          From all that I've read, length and girth gains occur from PE, but even more during periods of rest. I'd give it a rest and see how it goes. My guess is that morning wood will soon return on those rest days.

                Today will be my first full rest day. No kegals or edging. Already had a session with the mrs. Tho.

                        12/6/2013 descent morning wood. EQ 9. Was worried about EQ but today was good. I think stress definitely got the best of me but I've decided to cut routine back just a little bit to make sur I'm not over training. I know this is a marathon not a a Sprint.

                        Warm up rice sock
                        3× 30 sec streches up down left right
                        10 circle streches to left and right in. Between each set. Total of 30 each way.

                        7 min jelq- overhand
                        7 min jelq- underhand
                        5 min v- jelq
                        10 min edge

                        Rice sock warm down

                        Today was one of my best workouts. I'm going to stick to this routine and increase time every one to two weeks.

                          12/9/2013 no morning wood. I got drunk last night and I never really drink. Surprising EQ was off the charts today after my hangover was gone. I definitely think I was over training. I got a BJ from the mrs. And my penis was huge. Cutting back on my routine was definitely a good idea.

                          Rest day. Did my usual keggal routine and strarted messing around with new keggals. I already felt a difference when I cam today. I shoot and I'm not a shooter. PE is getting fun.
