  • Mannakondaīs progress log

    Hey, I havenīt written down my routines or time spent. But iīm planning on doing it from now on.

    Starting measurements:

    BPEL:16 cm (6,3 inch)
    EL: 15 cm (5,9 inch)
    BEG (4,5 inch)
    MSEG: 11,0 (4,3 inch)
    BPSFL: dunno
    FL : 9 cm (3,5 inch)
    FG: didnīt measure, but it was tiny!


    Update:
    BPSFL: (20.03.2013) 6.69-6.89" , 7.00" (17,8 cm) if I pulled really hard.
    BPSFL: (18.10.2014)7.5", 7.75 (19,5cm) if I pulled really hard.
    BPSFL gain: 0,61-0,81", 0,75" when pulled max.

    My story:

    Started using the andro penis gold stretcher in the beginning of august 2013. Before starting i had read some complains about it hurts wearing it, so I decided too start stretching with only 8 cm - just to get comfortable with it. (I know it says in the manual to start with erectionlenght (15) - 4 cm = 11 cm). The first few days it felt a little weird to wear it - used it for around 3-6 hours a day. I advanced too stretching with 9,5-10 cm i think after a week.

    Logging septemper as the first month because of the slow start in august.

    1 month/september // 20.09.2013: BPEL 16,0 x 11,0

    The penis looked a little healthier and the flaccid appeared a little longer sometimes. (Stretched for around 5-6 hours a day).

    2 month/october : 20.10.2013: BPEL 16.0 x 11.0

    The stretching is becoming a little harder, have to take off the extender after 30 - 60 min. use because it hurts a little. If the stretch can last 90 min + the stretch is good. (I do repeat the periods of 90 mins after a little break, aiming for 4 + hours a day).

    3 month/November // 29.11.2013: BPEL: 16,7 x 12,5 (BSEG)

    Flaccid length is longer and thicker, hard to say how much it has increased - maybe 1-1,5 cm (sometimes a lot more). Big girth because of high erect jelq, lost it quickly after i stopped jelqing and continued extending).

    4 month / December // 20.12.2013: BPEL: 17,3 x 12 (MSEG)

    Used the extender for a total 73 hours in december. 73 / 4 = 18,25 hours a week // 18,25 / 7 = 2,6 hours a day. The andropenis manual say you should wear it 9-10 hours a day I think.

    Which makes me 51,75 hours short a week. (70 -18,25 = 51,75). No wonder I was struggling adding rods in the end.
    For example: If I extend 3 hours a day, it will take me 3 times more than the original program.

    I think the program recommend adding a 0,5 cm rod every 10 days between the first 3-6 months (9-10*10 = 90-100 hours). 90-100 / 3 hours a day = 30-33 days.

    And 0,5 cm rod every 14 days between 6-9 months (9-10*14 = 126-140 hours). 126-140 / 3 hours a day = 42-46 days. (Edited/written 05.03.2014).

    5 month / January // 20.01.2014: BPEL: 17,8 cm (7,0") x 12 cm

    Started jelqing 13.01.2014,tired off wearing the extender. So Iīll try reach my goals with jelqing. The jelqing routine started with 2 days on / 1 off day then changed it too 1 on/ 1 off days (28.01.2014). I have gotten many good inputs from Purpleones, that has improved the routine I started with.

    Measured girth 24.01.2014: MSEG (1-2 cm from where the penis starts): 12 cm (4.7 inch) a little disappointed. The tape showed 11 cm (4.3 inch) 1 cm under the head.

    6 month / February // 20.02.2014: BPEL: 7,1" (18,0 cm) x 5,0" (12,6 cm).

    Gained 0,2 cm in length and about 0,5 cm in girth. My girth is starting to get close to over averagehttps://www.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png Itīs been a good month with a routine thatīs been working good. Especially the libido and EQ has been better (creditt the days without porn and edging), also happy with the size gains.
    BP-Flaccid length: usually around 10-11 cm at it smallest non turtle, hoping to grow so I could have 12-13 cm at it smallest non turtle!

    7 month / March // 20.03.2014:

    BPEL 7,1" (18,0 cm) x 5,1" (12,9-13,0) MSEG.
    BPSFL: 17,0-17,5 (17,8 cm MAX).

    05.03.2014 measured BPFL: 7,1". 07.03.2014: Been jelqing with an lower erect % level, to target more length from the tunica (BPFL). Have experienced a little drop in EQ, I might be at a strong 7 now. But the great thing is that my flaccid has been bigger and I believe it benefits my BPFL. Have included a few ULIs lately to my routine, I think Iīm gonna do it 2 times a week (Day: 1. ULI, 2. off-day, 3. no ULI, 4. off-day, 5. ULI).

    16.03.2014: Started over again with the andropenis extender, after a two month break. It was a bit to much to start with a 16,0 cm stretch which I tried last week (where at 17,5 cm when I stopped in January).

    Since last time I started extending my BPEL has gone from 16,0 cm to about 18,0 cm. This time Iīm starting at 14,0 cm (BPEL - 4 cm). Last time I started extending I didnīt count hours but days and thought I would be fine, I guess thatīs the reason it got so hard wearing the extender in the end. This time Iīm gonna finish every hour before I add a rod (increase the stretch).

    20.03.2014: I have gained 0,3-0,4 cm (0,1-0,15") girth this month, but no length. Happy with the girth gainshttps://www.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.pngGuess the girth gains will slow down now, but I hope I keep gaining some each month. To hit 5,5" EG this year would be amazing.

    Rested 5 days in a row between 16-20.03.2014. After this break Iīm advancing my routine, now Iīm going to start - 2 days on / 1 day off.

    8. month / April // 20.04.2014:

    BPSFL: (06.04.2014) 6,9-7,1 (17,5-18,0 cm) 7,3 (18,5 cm MAX pull).
    BPSFL: (20.04.2014) 7,1-7,3 (18,0-18,5 cm) 7,5 (19,0 cm MAX pull).

    BPEL: (20.04.2014) 7,2 (18,2 cm) x 5,1 (13,0 cm).

    Itīs been a month were Iīve been focusing on my stretching. And that has worked great for my BPSFL which went from 17,8 cm to 19,0 cm (max pull). Now that my BPSFL is longer than my BPEL Iīm hoping to gain some length. Would be great to hit 7,5" this summer.

    PE break from 18.04.2014-28.04.2014, because of tense pelvic floor and kinda hard flaccid (my penis felt beat up after a few days). I have been focusing on reverse kegels to relax and balance my pelvic floor. Back to 1 on / 1 off day routine.

    9.month / may / 20.05.2014:

    BPEL: 7.3 x 5.1
    BPSFL: 7.3 (18,5), 7.5 max. Not warmed up (16.05.2014).

    It's been another month were I've been focusing on length. Stretching for 10 min + 2 internal stretch the last week. Jelqing for 10-14 min.

    10. month / june / 20.06.2014:

    BPEL: 7.3 x 5.1
    BPSFL: 7.3 (not pulling as hard as the may measurement that went to 7.5).

    I have been taking a break from PE this month 15.06.2014-12.07.2014.

    11. month / july / 20.07.2014:

    BPEL: 7.3 x 5.1
    BPSFL: 7.3

    12. month / August:

    13. month / September:
    Using the VLC-tugger attached to the extender.

    14. month / October:
    Using the VLC-tugger attached to the extender.

    15. month / November:
    Using the VLC-tugger attached to the extender.

    16. month / December: Using my VLC-tugger attached to the extender.
    Measured BPEL x MSEG: 7.36" x 4.96".

    Measurements (31.03.2015): 7.5 x 5.05"

    Been jelqing since the start of january. I have been experimenting how long I could jelq before having negative PIs. I think when I went up to 18-20 mins it went too far.
    So my plan now is to continue jelqing for 16 minutes and add a minute every two weeks.

    Started extending with the VLC-tugger (13.07.2014).

    Extender progress 16.03.2014:
    Since I have been stretching for 17,5 cm before I stopped. Iīll advance a little quicker the first 1-2 cm this time.

    14,0 cm 10 hours (5 days * 2 hours).
    14,5 cm 16 hours (4 days * 4 hours).
    15,0 cm 20 hours (4 days * 5 hours).
    15,5 cm 49 hours (7 days * 7 hours).
    16,0 cm 49 hours (7 days * 7 hours).
    16,5 cm 49 hours (7 days * 7 hours).
    17,0 cm 49 hours (7 days * 7 hours).
    17,5 cm 70 hours (10 days * 7 hours).
    18,0 cm 70 hours (10 days * 7 hours).
    18,5 cm 70 hours (10 days * 7 hours).
    19,0 cm 70 hours (10 days * 7 hours).
    19,5 cm 98 hours (14 days * 7 hours).

    Some erection level info I might add to the updates.

    1) Measure your BPFSL and your BPEL. Find out how much greater your BPFSL is than your BPEL. If it's around .5" or more, it indicates that the smooth muscle is your limit. If it's around .25" or less, it indicates that your tunica is probably your limit.

    2) Rate your Erection Quality 1 to 10 using this scale.

    New measurement:
    BPEL: 16,7
    EL: 16 (+1,0)
    EG: 12,5-13 (1+)

    The measurement in the beginning was not the best but i think the EL is correct.
    The boost of EG gain has made the penis much more complete, before it could be a bit tiny with a bad erection.

        Have also been doing some jelqing. Only jelqed for 1-2 (septemper-october) month before i stopped - i believe the girth gain is a combination of a little jelqing and the andropenis. This week i started with jelqing again and have a very slow "program" - 2 days on - 2 days relax. The routine includes 5-8 minutes of basic jelqing (milking the penis) before i go to bed, think it gives my penis a nice boost, hanging low and thick the morning after.


        My routine now: Andropenis 2-8 hours a day (aiming for at least 4+). And the little jelqing routine.

        Todays work:
        Added 0,5 cm on the extender - now stretching with 17,5 cm (7"). Felt comfortable (have been stretching with 17 cm for over 2 weeks so was about time) and could stretch for 70-80 minutes before it started hurting a little. Stretched for a total 4-5 hours.


        Saturday: Stretched for 3 hours, struggling to keep the extender on (slipping off the glans).


        Sunday: Stretched for 30 minutes, couldnīt manage to keep the extender on - horrible day for stretching.

        New week:

        Monday: stretched for 3 had to go back to 17 cm... Jelq (3min warmup, 5 min stretches, 6-7 jelqing, 1 min warmdown).

        Tuesday: 4 hours 17,3 stretch.

        Wednesday: couldn't stretch at all -blue arround the penis head. Will try be more carefull with the jelqs.

        Thursday:

        Stretched for 30 min in the morning + 70 min x 2 (140 min) in the evening - with 17,3 cm.
        Total: 30 + 140 min = 170 min (2 hours 50 min.) The penis feels better now, hoping for more stretching tomorrow.


        Friday:

        Stretched for 30 + 60 min so far today...update later


        Saturday:

        Stretched for 90 min + 30 min (2 hours) - 17,3 cm stretch. Going for more tomorrow.

        Sunday:

        Stretched for 60 min + 45 min - 17,3 cm stretch. The stretch is not that tight now and im hoping to add a new rod soon.


        Total that week: 14.5-15.5 hours.

                  Stretched for 60 min + 90 min (2,5 hours) - 17,3 cm stretch. Going for at least 4 hours tomorrow.

                  Tuesday:

                  Stretched for 80 min + 30 + 40 (2,5 hour). Good stretch.


                  Wednesday:

                  Stretched for 60 min x 4 (4hours) - 17,3 stretch. Felt good.


                  Thursday:

                  2-3 hours - 17,3 cm stretch.

                  Friday:

                  3 hours - 17,5 cm.


                  Saturday: 0 hours, too busy.

                  Sunday:

                  2+ hours - 17,5 cm stretch. Aiming for 4 hours tomorrow.


                  Total that week: 16-17 hours.

                    So sick off the extender now...takes alot planning! I wish I knew about peeing before I bought it...(im gettin gains but it takes a whole lot of time).

                      Stretched for 3 hours (60 min x 3) - 17,5 cm stretch. Feels okay.

                      Tuesday:

                      Stretched for 3,5 hours (210 x 1) - 17,5 stretch. Feels okay, 0 times it slipped out.

                      Wednesday:

                      Stretched for 1 hour, busy day.

                      Thursday:

                      Stretched for 3,5 hours - 17,5 stretch.

                      Friday:

                      Stretched for xx - 17,8 cm stretch (added a 0,3 cm rod today)

                      Saturday: 3-4 hours - 17,8 stretch. And basic jelqing routine.

                      Sunday (23.12.2013): 2 hours - 17,8 stretch. And basic jelqing.


                      Total that week: 18-19 hours.

                        New measurement 20.12.2013:

                        BPEL: 17,3 cm (6.8") increase of 0,6 cm (last measured 3 weeks ago). Hoping for 0,5 cm + each month.
                        Didnīt measure girth because I donīt think Iīm gaining girth so fast with the extender. I will measure girth later.

                          24.12.2013-31.12.2013:

                          Monday: 2-3 hours - 17,8 stretch. Off-day jelqing.

                          Tuesday: Total off-day....believe itīs only been 2-3 days since Iīve started - so Iīve been dedicated with the extender!

                          Wednesday: 3 hours - 17,8 cm stretch. Feels fine, just a little low bloodflow to the penis in the end....dunno why.

                          Thursday: 2 hours - 17,8 cm stretch

                          Friday: 3 hours - 17,8 cm stretch.

                          Saturday: 4 hours - removed 0,3 cm rod and replaced with 0,5 cm (17,8 - 0,3 + 0,5 = 18,0 cm).

                          Sunday: 4 hours - 18 (or 17,5 cm?) stretch.

                          Flaccid has been smaller the past weeks...but the last 2 days its been better. Seems like the short time (2-3 hours a day) of stretching is no good for the flaccid or erect size. Or the flaccids been smaller because I've been masturbating more often.

                          Aiming for atleast 3 sessions of 90 minutes a day (4,5 hour).


                          Total that week: 18-19 hours.

                            Measured girth yesterday; about 12 cm BEG and MEG - it was measured erect but I believe my EQ has dropped. Iīm not expecting to gain any girth while stretching, so itīs no big deal. After Iīve have finished the extender program Iīll be focusing on girth gains by jelqing.

                              01.01.2014-09.01.2014:

                              Monday: 2 hours - same stretch. Bad day.

                              Tuesday: 4 hours - same stretch.

                              Wednesday: 4 hours - same stretch.

                              Thursday: 4 hours - 17,5 cm or 18 cm (not really sure, have to measure https://www.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.png). It looked big erect today, will measure the length soon (20.01.2014).

                              Friday: 1-2 hours - added a 0,5 cm so I got 18 cm stretch.

                              I could wear it 45 min-nonstop, then it went on and off because of pain. It started to hurt around the penis-head - a little blue there. So I decided to stop and have a little off-day too make sure the soreness /blue thing doesnīt get worse.

                              I also checked the manual for the extender, which says: I should add a 0,5 cm rod every 7 days first 1-2 month, every 10 days 3-4 month, and every 15 days from the 5 month. Because of my slow start with less rods than what the manual says Iīm not actually in my fifth month. So Iīll try wait till sunday before I add the rod I should have added today. Than Iīll have stretched with 17,5 cm for 10 days and I should be ready to add the 0,3 cm or the 0,5 cm rod. Slow gains are good gains https://www.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png

                              Edit: I calculated that I must be starting my 4 month according to the manual program which said 17,5 cm.
                              4 month: 17,5 cm (0,5 cm every 10 days)
                              5 month: 19 cm (0,5 cm every 15 days)
                              6 month: 20
                              7 month: 21
                              8 month: 22
                              9 month: 23

                              Saturday: 3-3,5 hour - 17,8 cm stretch. And 50 kegels, planning on doing 50 kegels 3-4 times a week.

                              Did more upward stretching than I use too (I allways stretch downwards). Because my penis get easier used to the 0,3 cm increased stretch then. Usually i start upward first 5-10 min then downward for 60-120 min.


                              Sunday: 2 hours - 17,8 cm stretch.

                              Busy day. Try get at least 2 x 90 min tomorrow.

                              Total this week: 21 hours.
