  • Should i keep doing pe?

    i'm currently 7.5 inches bpel, 6.75nbp and 5.5 inches meg when maxed out eq. I've been doing pe for 5 months now and seen some gains, maybe .5 inches bpel and a little girth. I'm pretty happy at this size, but think i can still gain. I wouldn't mind the 8x6! On the other hand if my eq could be improved to a 10 all the time and i could lose some fat pad, i would be really happy as well. I would like to know what you helpful people think; should i keep doing pe? Or should i focus on maintenance? I should also point out i don't have ed, it's just i don't seem to reach 10/10 eq very often, usually 8/10. I suspect this is because of porn. PS I apologise if there's a better place to post this, this is my 1st post here.

    Hey, welcome to the forums! I have about the same current measurements as you do but I want to reach at least 8" BPEL and be really hung when flaccid; it all depends on your goals and when you want to stop. I would suggest to keep on going but that would be my preference and your preference might be only to reach 8" BPEL and then stop. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

      Quitting porn increases EQ, and betters your perceptions amongst many other benefits so I vote for that anyways

      Also a balanced Pelvic Floor with a good Regular and Reverse Kegels Routine will help you get a higher EQ and allow for better control over your erection

        Thanks for the input. For now, i'm going to cut stretches from my routine and focus on jelqing. jelqing at 70-80% seems to improve my eq, so i guess i'll work on hardness and girth for now and hopefully i'll gain some length too

          Maybe decrease them to 10%-20% of your total workload instead of just leaving them out.

            Keep doing PE...Get your NBPEL to 8"... If you wouldn't mind 8x6 then why would you ask? Keep PEing til you get to a secure length such as 8 NBP by 6 EG...I'm at 7.5 too and 8 BPEL when maxed out but I still don't feel secured so I gotta get to 9 before I can finally look down and say I'm fine now..
