Ok should have started this sooner but o well here we go.
Great workout tonight.
Warm up.
Did some hanging with my modified sock hanger (rolled up sock on cock, boot shoes lace tied around roll) for about 10 mins weight = boot plus bottle of lotion in boot.
Around the world stretches 10 times both directions
20 mins of wet jelq and v-jelq
Cool down

Lol tell me about it. Scares the hell out of me anytime I hear a noise. I think about that kinda stuff all the time. You should read my PE injury post I did a lil while back. I thought it was funny as hell.

Massive morning wood this morning. To bad after hooking up with the wife last night I broke it (period) and she couldn't help me with it. Cant wait for tonights workout.
