    Hello I wanted to start a journal to keep me motivated and it is maybe easier to track my progress and seek for advice from fellow members.

    Little backround: Started PE couple months a go found penis enlargement on youtube and after that found out about this site. I started with JP 90 and did it for about 40 days after that I had to go attend this camp for 1 month and couldn't do PE there.

    After I came back I started JP 90 from scratch. Currently it is my 16th day.

    I started researching more as far as PE goes.

    You can see my stats and gains from those 40 workout days.

    I also invested in buying supplements that are suggested in JP 90 thread and they should come in mail this week.

    I'm planning on getting most out of manual exercises and then in future start clamping and using devices like pumps and hanging.

    I'm 21 years old nutrition and working out are things I love and PE is my other hobby but I want to make it a part of my life for as long as I can.

    My starting stats are:

    14.8.2013

    BPEL: 6.3 inches(16 cm)
    EG: 5.1 inches(13cm)

    MY ULTIMATE GOAL:

    8.5 inches BPEL (Reached this goal 10/2015)

    8.7 inches BPEL

    6.5 Inches (EG
    )

    Have gained so far: 2.2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth.

      16th workout:

      8 minutes warm up under hot water

      20 helicopter shakes

      Streches to all directions with 25 kegels while stretching

      10 circle stretches to the left then to the right.

      Helicopter shakes,kegels, normal streches to all directions and circle streches done 4x

      150 jelqs

      90 v-jelqs

      Warm down: 5 minutes under hot water

      100 reverse kegels: front reverse kegels

      How it felt: I had to do my workout really late at about 12 am. I live with my mom and she kept waking all the time for some reason so I had to stop every goddamn second. I was flacid a lot more since I masturbated little bit before workout since had problem being too hard during workouts. I had to do jelqs while laying down and it wasn't that good. I noticed that I get really good hang from doing jelqs down , felt like I got a better stretch.

      I will probably alternate with jelqs straigth out and next workout straigth down.

      Reverse kegels didn't quite feel correct but I will practise them after each PE workout and will read those threads again on the subject.

      I will definently buy me a heating pad since being in shower for 45 mins daily because the need of warmup and lack of privacy gets frustrating. All this while my mom always saying that I it takes me too long in shower.

        I second the call for a heating pad, you may want to try jelqing while reclined, and its better to not masturbate right before a workout to avoid EQ loss maybe keep it to after your routine and edge instead of masturbate.

          Rice socks are inexpensive and great for warm-ups/downs! Just slip them in your undies for 10-15 mins and you're good to go!

            Supplement-wise, all you really need is a multi-vitamin such as Centrum and brewed green tea is great post-workout. Seeing as you're a bodybuilder, you probably take protein powder/creatine which is also great for PE (building muscle down there) so you don't really need to waste money on all those extra supplements.

            I was taking gingko biloba and saw results but I stopped taking it and I have the same results (even better) now!

              I ordered me some L-argine and B-vitamin like suggested in JP 90 thread. I will give those supplements a try and ditch them if they feel not neccesary. I currently use multivitamin and some omega-3 capsules + ordered whey protein.

                JP 90 17th workout:

                8 minutes warm up under hot water

                150 jelqs: today I did jelqs downwards and it felt pretty good

                90 v-jelqs

                Warm down: 5 minutes under hot water

                100 reverse kegels
                : felt front reverse kegels nicely and could do 5 reps after each other but had hard time maintaining breathing while doing reps.

                How it felt: I did my workout in the shower again since get no privacy, today atleast didn't do my workout at 12 am though . I did my stretches and for some reason my dick was really full after stretches. I did my wet jelqs mostly downwards today and it felt really good and I felt that I got a good hang. My dick kept getting hard after 10-15 reps of jelqs so had to take more rests between. I think me getting hard by using jelqs downwards is just temporary thing. I will probably switch to jelqing downwards for 5 days and next 5 days will do normal outward jelqs.

                Reverse kegels need more work.

                  I know you already have a heating pad on your list but a 5 minutes under shower is not enough for a warm up and is too much for your testicles.

                      Decided to take a rest day so next workout will be 19.12.2013

                      Other things: I became a PEGym Hero!!!!
                      I also decided to start fighting against Porn adicction by deleting all of porn and setting porn blockers and safesearches. I also downloaded registered to this Joes goals website where I will track my days with no porn and other goals. The thing with porn is that it makes me feel weird , I waste time with it when I got plenty of stuff to do and not much free time. I also understand that it has been my habit + I only do it when I have privacy. I realise that I will relapse after some time but that is better than watching it daily. I mean if I can do 3 weeks without porn I guess it will get easier and lastly going to pickup my supplements at the mail tomorrow

                          18th Jp 90 workout

                          8 minutes warm up under hot water

                          20 helicopter shakes

                          Streches to all directions with 25 kegels while stretching: Kept getting hard during these maybe it is the L-argine and added bloodflow.

                          10 circle stretches to the left then to the right.

                          Helicopter shakes,kegels, normal streches to all directions and circle streches done 4x

                          150 wet jelqs: I did 50 downward+50 outwards and 50 downwards

                          90 v-jelqs

                          Warm down: 5 minutes under hot water

                          100 reverse kegels: front reverse kegels: Still need to work on breathing during these

                          How it felt: One of best workouts , it went smooth as hell. Kept getting hard during workout atleast in the beginning part of it during stretches. I think it is the L-argine. Switched to downwards and outwards with wet jelqs. Didn't watch porn today at all. I didn't even have tempation to watch it when I had a private moment.
                          Normal kegels were stronger today and I think I'm improving as far as normal kegels go

                            100 reverse kegels: front reverse kegels: Damn why it is so hard to maintain breathing during these?

                            My thougths: Workout was good again. Stretches felt great and jelqs also. I noticed that I didnt get as hard as yesterday after stretches , barely at all. I found that doing mostly jelqs downward while seating is easier for me since standing the full workout time gets annoying but I incorporate atleast 50 jelqs while standing and doing the jelqs outwards. No porn today and didn't even have temptation to watch any. I Did my reverse jelqs but couldn't really maintain normal breathing patterns during them. 2 rest days for me since I did 5 workouts.

                              Yes its better/easier to jelq while reclining than standing, and don't worry, you will master reverse kegels with time and practice, just keep trying.
