  • My progress log

    Hello everybody! im gonna start keeping progress log on here so i can track my progress.
    i have been doing PE about 5 months now and i have seen some good results, better EQ, lenght and girth gains! and self confidence boost!

    I started my PE journey last summer in july but i wasnt consistent for about three months but i have still gained .6'' in lenght and .5'' in girth and better EQ, it was about 8-9 and now its 9-10 I have been trying to do 2 days on 1 day off and trying not to watch porn. I havent been consistent but now im gonna be!

    Sounds great! Keep it up, man. Having a progress log will be great for record keeping and motivation.

        I have been feeling a little sorenes so im gonna take a rest end of this week and restart my routine next monday.

              you are gaving sex on your rest days or? what iff you whant to have sex but your penis is very sore from working out?

                usually i dont feel any sorenes but when i feel its not a problem because i dont have a girlfriend so i dont get sex so much.

                    Nice that you started a log!

                    What kind of stretch routine do you do?

                    Do you do kegels and reverse kegels?

                    What are your goals PE wise, not talking about length and girth, just in general?

                    I would suggest not measuring weekly since it is not that smart. You will probably not see differences in just a week.

                    If your eager to measure do it once a month or 3 months.

                      Yeah its good for tracking your progress, i do basic stretching and i have seen good gains and better EQ.

                      i dont do reverse kegels but when im stretching i kegel every second until i stop the stretch.

                      My goals? better EQ, healthier, bigger and stronger dick and better self confidence of course.

                      yeah i know measuring every week is not that smart, usually i see gains in about three weeks,

                        I would really suggest you to start doing them since there are a lot of bad sides to it if you don't have balanced pelvic floor muscles.

                        I personally do with in JP 90 100 kegels and I do 100 reverse kegels after my workout.

                            Didnt have motivation to keep this progress log but now im gonna log my every workout.

                            I have a new routine, i do 2 days on 1 day off.
                            Now i focus on girth more.

                            Warm up
                            12min wet jelqing
                            two 30 second ulis
                            stretching every direction
                            warm down

                            other info:

                            i started wet jelqing and i find it very effective. when i started PE i only did stretching but i gained 0.7 inches in lenght in 6 months. im not sure how much i have gained girth but i quess about 0.2 inches. now im motivated again and i want to keep a progress log so i can track my progress.

                            Problems:

                            I think i have reached plateu, i havent gained lenght in three months... about two months ago i taked one week off and started stretching again and i measured yesterday and now gains to report.
