    Hello everyone,

    I have decided to start posting my progress log here. However, my progress log may be limited or less informative due to the fact that I'm typing this with a 1x.5ish inch format. And I'm doing this via mobile phone (Sidekick). However, this does not keep me from updaing my progress and encorage others to continue their penile exercising.

    My starting stats:

    BPEL - 5.125in.
    NBPEL - 4.125in.
    EG...
    Glans - 4in.
    Midshaft - 4.5in.
    Base - 5in.

    >Took supplements daily

    >50 Kegels up to 5 seconds every other day.

    I have no LOT (Loss of tug). I have tugs on 6, 9, and 12 o' clock.

        I'm unsure if all my girth gains is normal. However, I spend most of my time on rest days than days I do penile exercise because I have made several ignorant overtraining/possibly injury. I wisely takes supplements, warm-up, and no PE session until Pls shows postivie Pls.

        Ignorant injury is better than idiot injury. I still do educates myself daily. I think the biggest challenges for me is to find myself in the "soreness zone." I don't want to be overtrained. Neither undertrained, but in between. Yesterday, I'm starting to feel what soreness feels like. I could barely feel it. Therefore, it takes practices and mistakes do happens. I have seven more days before I measure on the 2 month mark. Hopefully, I made some gain again. Last time I measure my unit, I have more gain than the 1st month because my unit demonstrate the best EQ (and hardness) I have ever seen.

            Actually, I find time to continue my PE sessions. However, it will only be the weekend, which is better than nothing.

            Also, I started workout (P90X) yesterday. I got a night wood! Woot! I don't know if exercising associate with morning wood or not. At least, I have some blood flow.

              Of course its better than nothing!

              Do what you can when you can, baseball effect isnt exactly going to happen overnight, so just work it baby

                Hi guys, I'm back. I haven't been doing PE since. Since then, I lost 99 lbs. I got married. My wife made me promise I won't do PE again. Right now, things are complicated. Anyway, I measured myself with NBPEL at 6" and EG at 5". I did PE over a month now. I will let you know how it goes.

                  Back to PE forum...I purchased a Bathmate a couple months ago. I am seeing progress! I gained 1/4 an inch since I started using Bathmate. I have also combined some light jelqs in between 5 minutes sessions. From Mother's Day to a day before Father's Day (about 5 wks), I gained 1/8 an inch. I am happy. This helps me motivates and keep myself going.

                  Routines
                  Warm up-hot rice sock
                  Basic stretch
                  5 min Bathmate
                  5 min reg jelqs
                  5 min Bathmate
                  5 min " jelqs
                  5 min BM

                  I use Coconut cooking oil as a "lubricant" because it is suppose to be the best for the skin (4x the MCT or something). I add little more oil to my unit until 5 minutes has end. After shower, I add coconut cooking oil to my unit and my testes.

                    Hi guys/gals,

                    It has been four weeks since my last post...and I made an impressive gain. It is not my newbie gain, but heck .25 inch is impressive to me. I purchased a heating pad through Amazon. I set it on high and heat for 10 minutes. I noticed this heating pad has help me pump my unit more a little bit bigger. Of course, I stretch. Without stretching, I noticed my unit is not as big as last time. Warm up and stretch makes a big difference. One thing I learned, the longer I heat my unit (one hour) the bigger my penis engorged when I had a boner. Honestly, I didn't know if because I had made some gain before or after I heat for so long, then PE.

                    Now, I want to say this. I strongly encourage people to warm-ups, stretch, and exercise AFTER you have a positive Pls (Physiological Indicators). Why am I saying this? Because I have two jobs, one FT and one PT. I sleep about 3-5 hours during the weekdays. It is difficult, but I had to make do. Now, if I am not fully recover from my rest, my morning wood would less likely show up. In fact, two jobs and less sleep, that was my first encounter with ED. I eat healthy and natural. But sleep is also essential. So I only PE on the weekends after I catch up some sleep. Guess what? I still made some gains. Why? Because I follow the Physiological Indicators. So how many times do you think I have done PE in one month? I would say not more than 5-7 times. I must have done something right. This is where it gets me excited. And this is one of the reason we do this progress log. We are still trying to figure all things out.

                    Since Father's Day, I had a morning wood and decided to measure. Wow! I measured up to 6.5 inches from the bone. What did I do? Some things has changed, like heating pad. Once or a couple times, I decided to hang my unit with what I have at home. I'm not sure if that give me these gains. I still do Bathmate and jelqing back and forth, 5 min each. I stick with my routine I had the last couple months. Again, I apologize I didn't measure my girth. I don't know why I didn't think of it.

                      Very good gains, i been seeing many comments on "warming up" and definetly should always do. Anyways congratz an all your gains! very impressive.
