Dj_Xyster Stage Two - Growth
This will be the second stage of my ongoing progress log.
Having met my goals covered in https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...e-one-log.html I'm happy to announce my beginning in stretching and jelqing! I'll use this page for Progress and a place to put all the helpful links I find. I'm currently taking classes so consistency is going to be an issue for me. I've got to find a routine where if I miss a day or two I won't lose any progress but instead the missed day can be seen as a rest day.
First I need to figure out exactly what I want to do, probably just a jelqing routine but maybe something else...
