I've decided to keep a log after two full weeks of PE. I will track my workouts both PE and weight loss to gain on my NBPEL. I would like to see if I can improve my NBPEL to an inch through weight loss and maybe a little more through PE.

Current stats.

BPEL: 6in
NBPEL: 5in
MEG: 5.1

Weight: 189lbs

I will measure each stat at the end of each month to show my progress. I'm currently on the JP90 program.
