I'm 24 have tried PE in the past in regards to using a penis extender and jelqing but, have never been consistent and had a routine.
From browsing the forum Iv'e started to realized there is a lot more to PE other than simply penis size boosts. It also covers a lot on sexual health, general health well-being, sexual performance etc., From seeing so many other benefits as well as just size I have gained a lot more motivation to give PE Gym another try.
Of course i'd love to gain size and girth to my erect penis - and committed most to this aspect and most of us have that ego part of wanting a bigger penis.

Some questions to start off my PE adventure,
When measuring length girth: what is the most important stat to take down is the best measurement the 10/10 Erection. Or would you note 6/10 up.
Perhaps, when recording the data you need to put the erection "out of ten" + sizes. Are there any tools such as bathmate etc, that can assist you to get the same level or erection every session so you can get reliable comparable results, I am again having the issue that my erect penis can fluctuate anywhere between 5.5" to 6" at a stonking erection.
On this are bone pressed measurements the easiest and most reliable to do for measuring gains / goals?
Another point about arousal, I am another one of those who has conditioned myself to masturbate to pornography so, my ability to become maximally aroused(erect) through my imagination + enjoyment of sensations, from masturbation is not always as strong as it should be. Especially when stress or tiredness are about. Will kegeling and general work towards sexual health and understanding your body etc from experience help this. My ideal, is to do my routine when in the shower as this seems the most convenient way.
One final question, Would you also recommend sticking to Jelqing/edging kegeling in the early stages or should I also implement a bathmate(don't own one) or other methods
