Hello guys,
I just registered today. I'm not new to PE, first time i heard about it and did some routines was 10years ago.
I did it on and off but never stuck to it and it never become a regular activity for more than a month.
Today i decided that i'm going to start again but while tracking results for added motivation. I had begun doing routines 2-3 days a week for about a month now but without much thinking about it.
I'm going to start with a slight variation of PESG routine:
1. 10min warm up
2. 10 min 5 direction stretches and helicopters
3. 10min Jelq and V-Jelq (5+5) with some Uli squeezes in between.
4. 5-10min Edging
5. 5min warm down (with light penis stretching, testicle stretch and testicle massage)
I haven't measured flacid yet but my starting erect stats are:
BPEL: 6,69''
MEG: 5''
My first objective is to reach:
BPEL: 7,5''
MEG: 6''
This is the size i will stop PE and start cementing:
BPEL: 8-8,5''
EGL: 7''
I'm also incorporating 50 Kegels and 50 reverse Kegels daily, and Bed Fowfers in the off days.
Anyways, great forum, and great info!
Cheers!
