    Hiya fellow PEGym'ers.


    I stumbled across this site a few weeks back and became intrigued. I read the whole of the JP90 post and decided to have a crack. I started on 25/01 and my measurements were as follows:

    NBPEL 15.2cm
    EG 13.0cm

    I've been following the JP90 program and my PI's dictate which days I do/don't train After 1 month of training my measurements were as follows:

    NBPEL 15.5cm
    EG 13.3cm


    I'm really happy with those gains and if I could see the same sort of progress in my second month then I'll be over the moon.

    I have just completed four days straight and then took a rest day as my PI's (no morning wood, ever so slight fatigue/soreness) indicated that I needed a break. Woke up this morning with a hard-on so can't wait to get another session under my belt this evening.

    The early positive signs are the increases in BPEL and EG, a more regular increased flaccid length and girth, increased sex drive (in fact I'm finding it hard to keep my hands away from my cock) and much more stamina when edging. In fact my recent edging sessions have been fantastic in terms of both enjoyment and duration.


    As a newbie I'm trying to keep a close eye on my PI's in order to ensure that I don't over train (which is hard when you first start). I've even ordered a new steel ruler from eBay and hopefully I can christen it on 25/03 after my second month.

    Anyway, it's great to be a member of such an informative and helpful site and hopefully I can 'supersize' my cock over the coming months/years.

    Hello Dave! Sounds like you're off to a great start!

    You've obviously done some research (very wise), and have the right idea about following your PI's and keeping a log. You have some great results so far overall (congrats!), and I believe if you continue with your safe and steady approach, you will do quite well.

    May want to make sure that the steel ruler doesn't have any sharp edges or corners prior to using it. They can be smoothed out with a piece of fine sandpaper if needed.

      Congratulations on the gains man, I'm on the jp90 too, I dropped the routine back to 2 days on 1 day off because I found it a little too intense trying to do 5 days straight with no break. What are using for your warm up?

        Hiya guys.

        workin_4_it: thanks for the support and the advice about the steel ruler!

        burtybasset: thanks burty. Yep 4 days straight has been my longest stretch so far. I just listen to my body/penis to know whether I should train or rest. As for heat, I did start by using a hot cloth but have found a rice sock to be MUCH more effective. I work from home so it's nice every now and then just to heat the sock and rest it on or around my penis as it feels quite nice and helps keep my flaccid nice and supple

          Hiya fellow PEGym'ers.

          I've just had another good session of my JP90 based routine this evening. I'm starting to feel much more of an 'elastic' feeling when I stretch which is hopefully a good sign.

          One thing that I have found is that I don't feel particularly comfortable with the circle stretches, so I have substituted static stretches for the count of 20 at various angles and these seem to mimic the effect of the circular stretch but without feeling awkward. I'll probably try the circle stretches again tomorrow to see if these feel any better as I don't want to veer too far away from this great program.

          I do my jelqs in one set and instead of counting I do 7 minutes of jelqs, 7 minutes of V jelqs and 5 minutes of the inverted V jelqs which make my penis feel quite heavy. Each of my jelqing strokes lasts about 5/6 seconds and they feel great, almost orgasmic even at the end of each stroke.

          Warm-up/warm-down lasts at least 10 minutes with a rice sock and tonight I finished with about 30 minutes of edging, concentrating on my breathing and keeping my pelvic muscles as relaxed as possible. Like most other new starters on here I think that I have been guilty of performing too many involuntary kegels when masturbating in the past and generally being too tense during masturbation. Since I started PE masturbation has never been so prolonged and enjoyable, and hopefully my penis is growing at the same time!

          PS I also have a light stretch and maybe warm-up with the rice sock at various points during the day and this helps keep my flaccid nice and full without inducing too much stress.

              04/03 I just finished this evening's session and it was a good one! I concentrated hard on my jelqing technique and really made sure to start each jelq as close to the base as possible, really getting the grip into the pubic bone and right into the base of the penis by pushing my balls back and almost jelqing the base of the penis from inside the scrotum. I finished with inverted V jelqs and I swear my flaccid has never been so long, full and heavy. I took a look in the mirror and was quite shocked!

              I also did about 2 hours of edging this morning and that also felt fantastic

              So in summary I'm well happy and I'll see how I feel tomorrow and decide whether I can do another session or whether it feels like I need a day or 2 rest.

                05/03 No wood this morning and arousal levels are low so I guess that means a day of rest today with ABSOLUTELY no touching of my penis!

                  07/03 Had a good session last night and started today with 20 minutes of edging. My EQ was probably 9. By concentrating on my breathing and relaxation I was able to approach the PONR several times and hopefully I'm moving closer to dry orgasm. I also use an Aneros prostate massager and with use and patience that can produce intense hands-free DO's, although I've yet to reach that point.

                  Just completed tonight's session. Added edging at the end and just had to cum

                    08/03 Just had a nice warm-up with the rice sock and edged for 30 minutes, followed by a nice warm-down. At some points my EQ must have been 9.5 and pretty much harder than it's been for years! What a nice way to start the day

                    Just finished my evening session: warm-up, stretches, jelqing, warm-down and now off to bed as I'm knackered!

                      09/03 This morning I warmed-up with the rice sock and edged for 30 minutes. My initial EQ wasn't that great, maybe 6.0, but after some gentle persuasion I was up to about 8.0. That may be a sign that my schedule should be 3 on 1 off but I'll wait until this evening to see how I feel as to whether I'll exercise tonight or not?

                      OK, I went ahead with tonight's session and it ended up being a bit dis-jointed as I had a few interruptions. I managed to get through the routine but i was feeling a bit tired so decided to do my 21 minutes of jelqing at a faster stroke rate and with a lighter grip, which seemed to go OK.

                        10/03 Woke-up with a nice plump penis but during the course of the morning he kinda started looking a bit sorry for himself However, I was still feeling horny so had a quick 10 minutes of edging and then just had to cum

                        So no more exercising today and I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

                          12/03 Had 2 days of rest and started today by edging for about an hour, which was very nice indeed EQ ranged from about 5 to 9.

                          Completed my session this evening. My penis felt very elastic during the stretches and after my first set of jelqs I swear that my cock was thicker than it has EVER been. Finished off with about 30 minutes of edging.

                            That's sounds like a great idea. I've been using a steel ruler and the edges are annoying because of their sharpness. I'l definitely do some sanding on that ruler when I can get to it.

                              13/03 Was feeling super horny today so did about 30 minutes of edging this morning.

                              This evening's session was another good one although glans is a tad sore around the base, probably due to all of the edging I've been doing!
