    27/01/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    Jelqing and edging today. I did some edging later in the evening and felt quite tired so initially my EQ was non-existent but once I warmed-up and got into the flow of things I had a solid EQ of 9+ so I was quite happy

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during January.

    10: Jelqing - 15 minutes

    15: Edging - 25 minutes

    On my log below I have S for manual stretching, B for a Bathmate session, J for jelqing, H for hanging, A for air pumping, E for edging and C for when I cum.

    January routine (days on/days off):

    29/01/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    A good session of pumping in the Bathmate where I hit 18cm (a 4mm length increase since the 11/01) so was well pleased Then in the evening I was feeling extremely horny and had a famtastic session od edging and jelqing where my EQ was a solid 10 at times

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during January.

    7: Bathmate pumping - 30 minutes

    11: Jelqing - 15 minutes

    16: Edging - 15 minutes

    01/02/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    I have put on a fair amount of weight over the last few months and have jumped from a reasonable 86kg up to 94kg! Luckily I am usually quite good with training and dieting so I'm looking to have a nice clean February and get back down to at least 90kg by the end of the month

    Losing a few pounds of fat should also help with my EQ, BPEL and length in both my air pump and Bathmate. I'm currently 7'' in the air pump and 18cm in the Bathmate and I'm hoping that I can reach 7.2 and 18.4 respectively by the end of February.

    Most of my focus during January was on pumping but I'm hoping to get some good sessions of hanging in during February as I had good gains previously when I focused on hanging

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    1: Hanging - 3 * 10 minutes @ 5kg

    Weight: 94kg

    Started the day with some edging and then have a nice gentle Bathmate pump in the afternoon only going to a maximum of a very comfortable 17cm in the tube

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    1: Edging - 22 minutes

    1: Bathmate - 40 minutes total
