    A nice soak in the bath in the afternoon and a nice session of Bathmate pumping at a fairly average pressure

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    4: Bathmate - 60 minutes (max 17cm)

    A very nice session of edging this morning where my cock felt nicely sensitive and I felt as if I was harder and fatter than ever! Also had another nice soak in the bath in the afternoon and had a nice session of Bathmate pumping at a fairly average pressure

    A day off yesterday and more edging and an orgasm this morning. Practiced getting really close to PONR and actually felt as if I had 2 or 3 dry orgasms before I actually orgasmed and ejaculated which was very intense indeed!

    20/02/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    A nice early session of air pumping this morning. Only went to a maximum pressure of 4hg but still managed to edge just over 7 in the tube so was happy with that, especially as I haven't really done much length work yet this year. Did some edging later in the evening and practiced my MMO again and managed to have a couple of orgasms before I actually ejaculated.

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    4: Air pump - 55 minutes (max 4hg)

    14: Edging - 17 minutes

    I feel the need to switch to a more length based routine for a few weeks. So I was up early this morning and jumped straight into some manual stretching and LAS

    24/02/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    I dusted off my mountain bike yesterday and did a fairly hilly 8 miles on road. Nothing spectacular but I haven't been on the bike for well over 3 years so it wasn't a bad initial effort. As for today, well once again I was up early and launched into some edging followed by some LAS

    In the evening I had a nice soak in the bath and decided to do some Bathmate pumping at a slightly higher than average but comfortable pressure just reaching 17.1cm in the tube.

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    16: Edging - 28 minutes

    5: LAS - 6 minutes

    4: Manual stretching - 8 minutes

    6: Bathmate - 35 minutes (max 17.1cm)
