    27/02/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    Had a bit of a sleepless night and woke up at 3am so had a cuppa and small session of edging where my EQ was a solid 9.5

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    19: Edging - 32 minutes


    On my log below I have S for manual stretching, B for a Bathmate session, J for jelqing, H for hanging, A for air pumping, E for edging and C for when I cum.

    Woke up super early again and just had to have another session of edging!

    Figures below indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during February.

    20: Edging - 38 minutes

    5: Jelqing - 15 minutes

    01/03/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    A rare day off today as I had more important things to get sorted

    February was a good month and I'm happy with the amount of PE that I achieved. I did want to include more hanging but I do like to do this when I'm alone as my gf often complains that I prefer hanging a weight from my penis rather than spending time with her when she is at home I should have more personal time this month so hanging will go to the top of the list.

    Like many others I am torn between focusing on girth or length gains. Most of my PE so far this year has concentrated on girth. I'm currently using a cardboard tube to monitor my progress and luckily I have one (a loo roll holder) that I can barely fit into atm so I'm aiming to get to a stage where my penis becomes too thick to squeeze into that tube. I'm not too concerned about actual measurements at this point in time as I am using this tube to monitor girth gains and my Bathmate and air pumps, which are both calibrated on the tubes, to monitor pumped length gains.

    I did want to do more physical exercise and improve my diet during February and I did lose 1.9kg but I aim to concentrate much more on exercise and diet this month and my goal is to be closer to 88kg by the end of March (I'm currently 92.1kg).

    02/03/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    Up early again and straight into a session of manual stretching

    In the afternoon/evening I did a fairly aggressive session of air pumping maxxing out at 5hg and reached just over 7 in the tube. No real progress in length during February which was a bit disappointing but I'm sure that both my girth and EQ have increased and I'll be able to accurately test any girth gains in March using my tube (see previous post).

    In between my pumping sets I also managed a fair amount of edging and even managed a 10 on the EQ scale where at one point my cock felt as if was going to explode it was so hard!

    I did some more edging in the evening and managed to have 3 or 4 dry orgasms before I actually ejaculated and when I did it was extremely intense!

    Figures below (in red font) indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during March.

    1: Manual stretching - 25 minutes

    1: Edging - 67 minutes

    1: Air pumping - 58 minutes (max pressure 5hg)

    Up early again and straight into a session of air pumping then in the evening I had a nice hot soak in the bath and did some pumping with my Bathmate at a fairly high pressure without going too extreme

    Figures below (in red font) indicate the number of times I've performed a certain exercise during March.

    2: Air pumping - 52 minutes (max pressure 4hg)

    1: Bathmate - 43 minutes (max 17.8 in tube)

    05/03/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    Straight into a session of edging this morning. Got really close to PONR at the end but managed to hold a nice strong kegel and just about prevented myself from ejaculating

    In the afternoon I managed to get some private time so finally got to do some hanging Managed 4 good sets of 12 minutes each and only started to feel a bit of fatigue halfway through the final set. My previous good gains are when I concentrated on hanging so hopefully I will get the same results this time around

    1: Hanging - 4 * 12 minutes & 5kg

    07/03/2021 - My Journey to 8 * 6

    Woke up super early this morning and realised that I had some time for some more hanging so jumped straight in and did 3 good sets

    In the afternoon I had a nice hot soak in the bath so used that time to do some Bathmate pumping at a nice easy pressure reaching 17.5cm in the tube

    2: Hanging - 3 * 15 minutes @ 5kg

    2: Bathmate - 40 minutes (max 17.5 in tube)
