  • Klaxton Log - Journey to ( 8" x 6" )

    Well here I am at last, I told myself I'd start this on New Year's along with No-Fap as I, like many others, have a bit of a porn addiction as well wanting a bigger dick.

    So tomorrow I start the 90-Day Program, 5 days on and 2 days off (That would be Weekdays on, Weekend off)
    As well as quitting Porn; as in no looking at any, I'm also trying No-Fap.

    Generally I'm aiming not to go back to porn and try to stop masturbating altogether, I know it's fine to do so but for me it's a bad habit and I need self control.

    As for penis gains I'm currently at ( 7.2" x 5.5" ) and as you probably gathered I'm aiming for a solid ( 8" x 6" ) for now and then perhaps bigger, a perfectly reasonable goal. This log whether anyone reads it or not will hopefully keep me on track and allow me to record my routine and gains, if any.

    As for measuring my penis I'll allow time for growth, last day of April will be measuring day, my current stats are below.

    Current Stats:
    BPEL : 7.2" x 5.5"
    FL : 4.5" x 4.6"

    Goal:
    BPEL : 8" x 6"
    FL : 5" x 5"


    Admittedly I'm not aiming for flaccid gains but I figured I'll set some fairly round numbers anyway.

      Cheers man, I appreciate the response.

      On another note I've decided to start this 3-Month journey on Monday for several reasons, first and foremost I'm a bit of a neat freak and starting on a Monday which also happens to be the last day of the month is pretty nice. And considering I take weekends as rest days the final day of "working out" will also land on my Birthday so that'll be a nice present am I right?

      I tried the routine yesterday and today to get some practise before I spend the first week of the Program figuring out how to do what, all I've learnt is I need to work on my V-Jelqs.

        About the porn addiction: I have done 21 days without porn myself, it works great! Don´t got that urge to watch it anymore, unless I see some erotic (piratebay banners f.example ). Before I started jelqing I could masturbate 1-2 times a day, and 2-3 times before I got into PE - now that I´m focusing on my PE-routine I masturbate less than 1 times a day.

          Thanks and congrats on the 21 days bro, I admit it's all good then there's a single picture or thought that goes "Why not? everyone does it, it's healthy" like my subconscious knows every reason in the book to go ahead and do it.

          On the up side my EQ is awful, like I hit 8/10 every blue moon and I can't even remember the last 10/10 steel rod mode I had. When it goes back to normal that'll be great and that'll be when I can take a photo for progress, for now it won't stay hard enough for me to take a picture. So I may see some instant gains because of that.

            Your EQ will get better in a few weeks I guess and you probably will get some EQ gains. You should also pay attention to your libido after trying to stop masturbating. In my opinion it´s best you do it a few times a week, but do it to your imagination.

            Just keep a log so you can track what is working for you

              Day - 1

              Got to say rather hectic day, literally only just got the time for a workout. I guess this is also the first day of no masturbating or watching any porn and I've also had no urges to, it's a lot easier when I'm busy in the day which is why weekends are a killer for it.
              This is also day 1 of a number of routines I'm starting for each day of the week, others include abdominal workouts, stretching for my back and kegels. The kegels are pretty easy, I hold them for 5 seconds a time during my rest periods between sets at the gym. So I do about 100 in total give or take about 20.

              As for the workout I kept it simple as I was short for time today:

              Shower warm-up
              Stretches
              150 OK Jelqs - Counting one rep as a pull with each hand lasting approximately 3-4 seconds for this period
              No cool-down - Afraid I have no idea what to do for a cool-down

              I've tried V-Jelqing and it's difficult, I can't start far down my shaft or else I catch my scrotum and pull on that which isn't comfortable, And if I start above it I V-Jelq about 2 inches of my shaft which is pointless.

                Day - 2

                Glad to say I had time today, had a fairly decent session and had a bit of a problem getting it up. Not to say i have ED but with the going clean on porn and masturbation I just couldn't get it up, I had more of a fairly pumped up flaccid which is about 50% and that's still soft and hanging not hard and pointing forward at all.
                I guess this is possibly me flat lining it after going without any kind of stimulation or porn although I've had a load of random boners which is nice, but I'm not waiting for one of those to arrive.

                The program it self is fairly changed up, instead of V-Jelqs which are uncomfortable for me I decided to do some Squeeze Jelqs which I've heard work girth and I can actually feel it unlike V-Jelqs.

                Program :

                Shower Warm-Up
                Stretches whilst in shower - 4 minutes
                Ok Jelqs - 50 reps
                Squeeze Jelqs - 20 Reps (5 reps with one hand then swap, so 4 sets of 5)
                Ok Jelqs - 50 reps
                Squeeze Jelqs - 20 Reps
                Ok Jelqs - 50 reps

                On another note I decided to take a picture, I'm afraid its my flaccid only 10 minutes after my session but it was in its normal size. Not pumped up or shrunk to maintain a fairness so next photo on the first of next month I can compare considering people claim flaccid gains first and more frequently. There is no Erect picture because I just couldn't get it up, unless I were to sit and jerk it to porn, so until then I'll have to wait...

                  Had more time again today, so it went well. On a side note the vascularity of my penis seems to have improved, as in it seems more veiny that before. There are no flaccid or erect gains to speak of not like I expected any, and no improvement in EQ.
                  Speaking of EQ, it's hard getting it erect enough to jelq with. Although I'm sure this is partly due to the stop in porn and masturbation I'm sure it will improve over the coming weeks.

                    Day - 4

                    I'm surprised I'm still at this as enthusiastically as I started, most routines to better one's self crash and burn after the initial kick but I still enjoy this, unfortunately I don't have the privacy to enjoy my routine as thoroughly as I would like. Being 18 and living with your parents doesn't help this at all!

                    On another note I may have injured myself, well that would not be the word I guess but I have a small purple kind of mark along one of the veins. Nothing serious I'm sure but it certainly shows how easy it is to hurt your self.

                    I also had a ruler present to measure stretched flaccid length which I haven't recorded yet but may help show progress later. I got it at 8" BPSFL with a ruler I had cut the extra bit at the end off of, I can't help but think whether I did it right, or whether it has to be completely flaccid as mine had a small pump going on or some other stupid reason why I should disregard the 8" reading.

                    Routine:

                    Shower Warm-up
                    Stretches - Pull in each direction with 20 kegels
                    - Helicopter shakes (Will have to check whether I'm doing these right)

                      Day - 5

                      Well that's the first week done, I've had adequate time to get used to the routine and timing everything fine so it should be plain sailing from here on out, just going to take a lot of time. As for NoFap and NoPorn I'm still going really good, I've tried abstaining before and I was dying to jerk one out every minute of the day from day one, but before my goal was to shot big loads and I guess I craved the sensation and was dying to see how big it was even if it was 10 minutes in. Now my goal is simple, stop porn and grow a big dick, I guess I'm so focused on that I haven't had any cravings at all, the downside to that is still the poor EQ and getting it hard enough to jelq but that will heal fast I'm sure.

                      Stretches - Minutes
                      Wet Jelqs - 50 Reps

                      Today I decided to take it a bit easier and perhaps put more put more focus into the Wet Jelqs and gradually add Squeeze Jelqs as they are more advanced, unfortunately though I had little privacy today so that didn't help and it won't get better any time soon.

                      Also I'm considering only adding updates on progress weekly instead of daily, I thought it was perhaps necessary during the first week on the job but from now on I doubt there will be any developments, so the plan is to add a weekly update every Friday evening covering the week days as a whole and I'll add in any developments on their own.

                          Day - 8

                          Well it's the Easter half term so I have two and half weeks off, woo. At least I would be excited, as much as I love the spare time and privacy to go through with the routine alone and with lots of time, the extra time off means I'm prone to veering off course and masturbating or looking at porn, I haven't yet but with this free time there's not much else to occupy my mind.

                          On a good note however I had a fantastic workout today, lots of free time and alone at last. Something I'm trying to get used to, is to squeeze the base of my penis and try to maintain a good hold under my glans between reps, as when you normally squeeze the base you lose you hold under the glans. Trying this I've noticed it's easier to maintain my current erection level and I can feel the blood flowing up to my head better.

                          I also tried used a hot wet clothe afterwards to cool down with, it seemed to keep my extended flaccid at it's extended state a bit longer and felt great. It terms of seeing any sort of temporary gains which people seems to spot after a week like their girth or flaccid length seeming bigger and fuller, then no.

                          50 Wet Jelqs - Went slower today, more controlled
                          20 Squeeze Jelqs - Not as tight and change to 10 Reps each side, instead of 2x5

                            Day - 9

                            Alright I have to admit it's getting harder, and that pun is intended. As it's been 9 days since I've watched any porn or masturbated and my libido is getting better, and with that comes the erections, especially in bed when leud thoughts are constantly on my mind. The libido combined with the two and half weeks off school and no job I have becomes a problem, although I may have some work to do later in the week it's now getting difficult getting through the day to stay off that topic and distract myself, even all the talk of getting bigger penises and pleasuring women on here means PEGym is not safe for me at the moment. Hopefully I will flat line in a week and survive this half term.

                              Day - 10

                              Woo finally reached the double digits and still going strong with PE and I haven't masturbated or watched any porn, I admit my libido has risen a lot as before I could get an erection and whack one out without giving a damn, usually for the third time that day and it got difficult to do so.
