    Star date 352117 ha ha.

    Right finally got round to doing this was waiting until I got a decent camera before I started a log so I could track back for reference, never mind better late than never.

    So the official start date for JP90 was 17/2/14, was doing random dry jelqing and random stretches before this, then decided the structured routine was the way to go.

    Have been finding some of the stretches a little difficult as I have a problem with phimosis, just had to grip a little firmer, but have been watching the PI's and apart from a few little red spots now and then, I haven't had anything that could be interpreted as negative.

    So for some measurements, didn't properly measure to begin with so as of now my measurements are:

    BPEL : 7.0"
    MSEG : 6.0"
    FL : 4"
    BPFSL : 6"/6.5 (hard to measure, non retractable foreskin problems pulls skin from pubic bone area forward)

    I do intend to do some foreskin stretches, but I will wait until I've completed round one of JP90. Might Update result with a few extra measurements at some point but I think I have covered most of them.

    Day 48 of Modified JP90

    Just over halfway through, today's routine consisted of :

    5 direction stretches with 25 quick kegels followed by rotation stretch.

    Helicopter shakes after rotation stretch.

    50 jelqs.

    30 v-jelqs.

    Additional 25 jelqs and 15 v-jelqs.

    Minor shrinkage after workout, returned to normal within ten minutes, tried using olive oil, didn't work as well as coconut oil - need to buy more, will not use olive oil again. Since larger flaccid hang has been occurring after the last few workouts and lasted all day, I think I'll lose the additional jelqs, but will see how I hang tomorrow. Rest day tomorrow.

      Day 50 of modified JP90

      5 direction stretches with 25 quick kegels, followed by rotation stretch.

      Helicopter shakes after each rotation stretch.

      50 jelqs.

      30 v-jelqs.

      Additional 25 jelqs and 15 v-jelqs.

      No shrinkage after workout today, bigger flaccid hang but not as good as previous workouts, going to stop doing the additional jelqs. Struggled a bit with grip today, especially during rotation stretch, also had to wait for erection to dissipate, after kegels.

        Day 51 of modified JP90.

        30 V-jelqs.

        Better flaccid hang, no additional stretches, grip was better and no erections during stretches, nuked rice sock 3 times just to be sure thoroughly warm. After the downward stretch always seem to get better stretch from this particular direction, maybe because its more targeted at suspensory ligament. Day off tomorrow.

              Got the same problem myself, looks stupid and makes it hard to measure BPSFL!

              Btw great that you starting a log, best of luck!

                    Good man, a progress log makes everything better! It keeps you motivated and allows you to keep track of your progress. What I like doing too is set different types of routines for yourself, i.e. JP90 for 3 months, then have what you want to do for the 3 months after it, and the 3 months after that. So, if you want to get into pumping or clamping, you set yourself a few months aim to condition yourself up to it, i.e. by squeezes, then erect squeezes, ulis, and horse squeezes.

                      Yup, this is a problem for us guys with foreskins, the same happens me. What I do to get my BPFSL measurement is to grab just below or even on the sides of the glans with your fingers (your fingers being parallel to your dick, not horizontal, if that makes sense?), aaaaaand pull.

                        Thanks KITM's, it's not just foreskin for me though, mine doesn't pull back over my glans, my glans have never seen the light of day.

                          Day 53 of modified JP90.

                          20 min warm up.

                          5 direction stretches followed by rotation stretches after each direction.

                          Helicopter shakes after each direction stretch.

                          50 jelqs.

                          30 v - jelqs

                          Warm down 10 mins

                          No additional jelqs, extra time spent warming up made penis feel extra pliable, didn't get erect for entire session today, however did some edging and a couple of my mini Uli clamp jelqs while edging - my posts earlier reminded me about these and decided to give them a try as it has been years.

                          Flaccid hang looked a lot thicker as well as longer after today's JP routine, did my edging session about 5 hours before, may well be partly why I didn't get erect when doing routine as I ejaculated earlier.
