Right finally got round to doing this was waiting until I got a decent camera before I started a log so I could track back for reference, never mind better late than never.
So the official start date for JP90 was 17/2/14, was doing random dry jelqing and random stretches before this, then decided the structured routine was the way to go.
Have been finding some of the stretches a little difficult as I have a problem with phimosis, just had to grip a little firmer, but have been watching the PI's and apart from a few little red spots now and then, I haven't had anything that could be interpreted as negative.
So for some measurements, didn't properly measure to begin with so as of now my measurements are:
BPEL : 7.0"
MSEG : 6.0"
FL : 4"
BPFSL : 6"/6.5 (hard to measure, non retractable foreskin problems pulls skin from pubic bone area forward)
I do intend to do some foreskin stretches, but I will wait until I've completed round one of JP90. Might Update result with a few extra measurements at some point but I think I have covered most of them.
