    Day 1
    It's come to my attention that a PE log is imperative. so here's my log. 4-19-14

    I finally took a day off yesterday, I wasn't sure if I needed it or not, but the safety first message has been brought up more and more often so I did ( I'm thinking that a lot of growth happens on days off ) this morning woke up with a big erection bigger than normal, GOOD! I will have to look into taking two consecutive days off in the near future "Any advice about this would be very helpful" I am thinking rest days are growth days, if you give your body what it needs.

    Today i started with a cup of my black tea combo ( 3 cups water, 6 bags of black tea, some Cardamom, Clove, Ginger and Nutmeg ) then 500 mg L- Tyrosine, 1000 mg borage oil…

    30 min rice sock warm up ( lower heat than normal )
    1 hour 20 min of traction ( still figuring out the proper tension with it, have been using to much tension, my head went numb, and some pain at the back of the neck head area ) today i cut a length of cloth 6"x2" to wrap around and under my head, this helps reduce the pain, and helps me keep more blood in my head, while traction is on.

    followed by 12 min jelqing
    stretching N,E,S,W for 15-24 seconds each, 6 times each direction
    V JELQING 6 min ( I'm liking this one more and more )
    mini jelqing 3 min
    ULI's 6 with each hand for 15-24 seconds each

    I believe using traction before PE will have better results than doing PE first.

    I haven't measured in a couple days, I'm thinking about measuring every 3 weeks, so will get back with some more numbers soon. I did notice my penis looking longer when jelqing, and fatter after uli's.
    any advice on wrapping for a beginner would be helpful, ( was looking at the AB silicone sheath ) not sure if this is something i should be concerned with at this point or not.

    First thing 500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil with 1 cup of my Black tea blend

    30 minute warm up with Rice sock ( lower temp )

    1 hour 20 min, in my extender
    10 minutes Jelqing
    6 minutes Mini jelqing
    3 minutes ULI's
    3 minutes V jelqing
    3 minutes cool down with wet washcloth

      Day 3 4-21-14

      500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil with 1 cup of my black tea. ( will be adding L- Arginine soon )

      This 30 min warm up with the rice sock is working well for so far, so I'm going to keep my warm up's between 15-30 minutes.

      1 hour 10 min in my extender, immediately followed by,
      10 min Jelqing
      10 min Mini Jelqing
      3 min V Jelqing
      6 ULI's each hand for 15-21 seconds each
      Then 3 min cool down with wet washcloth

      Then another 20 min in the extender.

        I'm doing 4 days on 1 day off. ( any thoughts on the best way to recover ) I'm thinking about deadlifts and sprinting, because both of these trigger your body into producing HGH, and that reminds me to use L-glutamine throughout the day. anyway should I start wrapping? I have some therabands that would probably work for this just fine.

          500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil with 1 cup of my black tea blend

          30 min rice sock warm up
          N, S, E, W, stretch 4 each + straight out for a 21-30 sec hold each
          helicopter spins 2 min
          This time i did 90 Jelqs with each hand
          only a couple V Jelqs
          4 mini Jelqs each hand
          5 ULI's each hand

          I added a variation on the ULI where I grabbed my base like normal with one hand, and with the other hand I grabbed just under the gland, and bended my shaft about 90 degrees, and started something like a pumping motion back and fourth between my gland and my base, while keeping a constant pressure between both.

          3 min cool down with a wet washcloth

          1000 mg borage oil & 25 mg 5-htp before bed

            REST DAY

            500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil

            Deadlifts 15, 12, and 9 rep sets fairly heavy, for HGH release
            Sprinting 3 12 second bursts for HGH release
            5 grams L-glutamine, for repair and growth

            I will be looking into erections on rest days, if more / fresh blood in the penis, is what is needed throughout the day to build up the penis or wether just having multiple erections more often than normal per day is advantageous to growth… this is just a theory of mine for now, any experience on the matter of rest days or rebuilding on rest days will be greatly appreciated.

              500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil with cup of black tea blend
              9 grams L-glutamine with some carbs, four times spread out over the course of the day

              30 min warm up with rice sock + another 15 warm up with my extender on
              2 hours of traction

              longer stretching N, E, S, W, and straight out 30 seconds each 4 to the right and left, 6 down and back ( pulling from the but cheeks area ) and three straight up and three straight out
              102 Jelqs total ( had to start and stop about 6 times, due to erection interfering with Jelq ) probably from all the L-glutamine
              6 min mini Jelqs ( really like these )
              9 min ULI variation ( ULI with the addition of the other hand gripping just behind my gland in the OK position and pushing toward the base, but not all the way )
              6 helicopters at random times
              3 min pumping with one hand squeezing at the base, and the other hand under the gland with my shaft bent about 5-10 degrees, both keeping some pressure and pumping back and forth a bit
              2 min cool down with wet washcloth

                first attempt at ballooning ( not 100% sure how to do this one yet, still looking for my sweet spot, but I have a good idea where it is and a better idea on how to stimulate it, all I need to do now is practice )

                  Same supplements different day.

                  Last night I read up on clamping
                  Just after morning wood, I rounded up a hose clamp, thera band, some cloth, and a hose clamp. Was having EQ problems, so I only got about 2 min under clamp and erection. one thing is for sure, I'm not a fan of the hose clamp, or the thera band; will be picking up some wall-mart cable clamps soon.

                  So today was pretty much a rest day,

                    500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 borage oil
                    5 grams L-glutamine

                    1 hour 20 min in traction this afternoon + 45 at night.

                    I remember reading a post where someone was using a uv heater while hanging, with a 1" rod tube running length wise, over his legs and under his penis for a better stretch.
                    This gave me an idea. I grabbed my rice sock, warmed it up, and did a 15 min warm up. put my traction back on, and wove a thick pencil over the right extender bar, under my penis, and back over the left extender bar.
                    warmed up the rice sock, and put the heat on for another 30 min, while stretching that way.

                    Pulled out the pencil and the rice sock, and wove it through the other way ( under, over, under )
                    15 more min.
                    the beauty of this is that you can move the pencil foreword or backwards, to target different areas of the shaft.

                    10 min clamping
                    10 min stretching N,E,S,W, 30+ sec holds each
                    60 dry Jelqs
                    2 min squeezing

                        Day 11 4-29-14 was a rest day!

                        1000 mg L-tyrosine & 2000 mg borage oil

                        6 ULI's
                        30 seconds helicopter
                        10 min clamping & admiring my clamped log ( got some swelling just under my gland, which is new for me )
                        10 min clamping @ 8:00 & 12 min clamping @ 8:18
                        Edging from 8:00 to 8:33


                        doing some measuring today I came to the conclusion that my BPFSL 7.4 to BPEL 6.6 is out of balance, so for a couple of weeks I will be doing more girth work, Jelqs & clamping, less stretching, and less traction.

                        my new goal is to bring up my EQ from about a 6-7 to a 8-9, and I think this will add some length as well

                        I'm getting the hang of clamping, and I have to say, I F**king love it! ( my log looks like it's going into HULK mode )
                        from 5.2 in girth to 5.4-5.5 looks and feels awesome. 6" girth is my long term goal, but 5.4 is my short term goal

                        on a side note doing kegels while clamping feels so f**king right, I can hold a kegel for much longer and I just want to do them.

                        Update the hose clamp I'm currently using is working out for now, the trick for me is to use a strip of cloth about 1.5" wide by about 8" long and then another ( from a thick sock, cut into a 2" wide sleeve, with about an inch cut out of it for wrapping purposes.
                        wrap smaller strip close to the base, fairly snug
                        Then add larger strip, fairly snug
                        open up the hose clamp
                        while holding the cloth in one hand, put the clamp on with the other
                        stimulate to full or mostly full
                        I have a screwdriver style socket adapter with 8 m socket that works perfectly for me, for tightening and loosening
                        I'm doing 10 min today and will move up to 10 min twice a day tomorrow ( maybe tonight )

                          6 ULI's for 30-33 seconds ( long counting ) 2 of those were bent to the left and 2 were bent to the right
                          6 Jelqing stretches with 2 kegels straight out, then two more a bit closer to 12 o'clock, then two more closer to 12, till I have done the 12th kegel @ 12 o'clock, in fairly rapid succession.
                          no cool-down today

                          All my stretches today started as a Jelq and held for 24-33 seconds each, all against my LOT, wasn't counting total stretches, but probably 15 total

                          after reading up on clamping, I will only add it to my routine 2-3 days a week, alternating days off from clamping, with stretching.

                            Today was a REST DAY for me, I went pretty hardcore the past two days, and my PI's were telling me to chill, so I'm chilling. but tomorrow is going to be hard core.

                            Did get in some sprinting this evening, 3 times for about 9-10 seconds each, with my trusty dog, and an hour long walk this morning
