20 and 21 of april.
Warm up in the shower, hot water. >5mins
Basic stretches up, down, left and right two times holding it for 15 to 20 seconds.
15 Helicopter stretches in both directions.
Basic jelqing for 20 mins, 100 with both hands.
Edging for 10 mins.
Warm down 5mins.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:
BPEL:15cm(5.9") +0.5cm
NBPFL:9cm(3.5")
MEG:15cm(5.9") +0.5cm
BEG:16cm(6.2")
FG:11cm(4.3")
Goal: 20cm(BPEL) X 17cm(MEG).

22.04. -Rest day.
23 and 24 of april:

Sticking to this routine for at least one month, then I will consider some other exercises and routines.

As said before Im sticking to the same routine for now and will just reply to this thread with simple "Workout" word till something changes. So here we go......
Workout for past week, 2 days on 1 day off.
One change in routine is that Im now Jelqing at lower erection level, between 30 and 50 procent, to gain more length, at least that is what I've read on other threads, as that is higher priority for me as girth is almost 6" and is above average.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:
BPEL:15cm(5.9") +0.5cm
NBPFL:9cm(3.5")
MEG:15cm(5.9") +0.5cm
BEG:16cm(6.2")

Today is my rest day and I already miss exercising my penis. Although I said 2 days on 1 day off I was exercising for 3 days in a row, after that I felt that my member is a bit tired and decided to rest. Im doing PE for 2 weeks actively now I think and I already noticed some changes, nothing big of course but I feel something is different. I feel like my penis is more full and harder and when erect I see more veins, I mean they are bigger. Also I feel like flaccid is a bit bigger and hangs a bit more.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:

Workout for past few days following the same routine and surfing these forum in search for length only routine and some other PE sites. Will try and focus on more manual streching but will still do as much jelqs as before but on lower Elevel.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:

I know i havent been active these past days due to privacy thing but I kept exercising, pretty much the same routine.
I gained about 1cm in length, or close to that, but who cares I gained some.
I didnt measure girth since I dont have measuring tape with me now but girth doesnt interest me much ATM since Im already near 6" in MEG.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:

Long time no see. Huh. Its been a pretty rough and a busy year(and a half). :/. Im sorry(for myself and my penis) I stopped exercising my penis on regular basis, but I ran into some life problems and lack of privacy killed my PE.
Now Im coming back and beside only manual workout I will include ADS and one homemade length master(TNX to DLD from *************).
ATM Im targeting length only as Im already pretty comfortable at 6" Girth and thats what makes it harder for me to gain length that I want. Will update later from my phone with new starting measurments as I think Im slightly bigger than I was last time I posted. Goal stays the same, any gain is welcome.Starting sizes as of 21.04.2014:
