Measurements: After JP90
Thanks SquiddlyDee, and yes I used the exact same measuring tape, and measured the exact same wayThanks for the reminder!
Well when I said I felt a little gain, just enough to notice it on a ruler, I wasn't lyingI now have a 6.4 NBPEL and a 7.2 BPEL, the difference between my NBPEL and BPEL has decreased by 0.1 inches, I've been working out and biking every day so I guess my fat pad has gotten smaller haha. I also am now at 5.1 EG, which is a 0.1 inch increase for my girth!
A 0.2 inch increase in NBPEL, a 0.1 inch increase in BPEL, and a 0.1 inch increase in EG after the JP90 is really keeping me motivated and wanting continue onto more advanced routines, I hope I can get some advice from some of the senior members on what my next move should be! Thanks for all the positive feedback and motivation on this thread, you guys don't know how much I appreciate it

Great news! Your hard work has paid off. I will allow more experienced members to give the advice but will mention two ideas I've seen floating around:
1. The advanced jelq free routine by Big Al
2. If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Thanks John_Clark! I will look into these two routines for sure. I also forget to mention to everyone that my EQ is perfectly fine, I only want to increase size (length and girth), so if anyone knows good exercises for primarily size only. Thanks!

gooF - point number 2 isn't a routine, it's just a saying! Basically, if you are satisfied with the progress you're making on JP90, maybe you should continue the JP90 routine until it stops delivering results or make small modifications based on your PIs, experience, and goals!

John_Clark - Oh okay, haha, yeah that makes a lot of sense actually, I still want to try and venture out onto different routines though. I basically used the JP90 for conditioning towards more advanced routines so that I won't injure my unit, but that being said, I will definitely keep your suggestion in mind and possibly stick with the JP90. However, I don't want to shun myself from other great routines out there, so I feel like doing some research first, and potentially trying something new will help me with my decision in the very near future.
