Great to be back on this forum and I can't wait to make some gains this year.
So my program that I'm starting consists of 3-4 weeks of manual stretching. In those 3-4 weeks, I'll also be using a home made hanger that I paid about 6 or 7 dollars putting together. It's real cheap and it was really effective up until the day I stopped hanging. So a little bit about my stats.
First day of pe:
BPEL: 3.5 inches
The day I stopped pe:
BPEL: 4.4 inches
I saw first hand what pe can do for me and it was amazing. So with that in mind my goal will be to get to 6 inches this time. Also, I will be going through the routines, stats, things I use, and other things as well.
