    Long time lurker here.

    I've started a routine a few times in the past, but it has never lasted more than a few weeks, and I have never really noticed much in the way of gains. Then again, I wasn't measuring either.

    This time, I want to take it serious, and make my measurements maybe every month or so. And I want to check in once a week or more with progress on my workouts/ things I've noticed.

    I decided to start with the JP90 routine, maybe with some occasional fowfers or ballooning.

    Starting:
    bpel:6.25
    meg:4.45
    beg:4.9

    My goals:

    3 month:
    bpel: 6.5
    meg: 4.6

    6 month:
    bpel: 6.7
    meg: 4.8

    Long-term: the coveted 8x6


    I'm also working on cutting out porn, and cutting fantasy out of masturbating. I've already made a lot of progress with porn, and I'm starting to cover some ground fantasizing less.

    your stats are pretty much the same as mine right now I started jp90 properly 2 weeks ago but starting with 3x50 jelqs and no v jelqs. My goals are the same too I think 6.5 in 3 months is very reasonable and im aiming for 7BPEL by the end of the year.

    cutting out porn is a must, good on you

        So I managed to PE 5 on, 2 off this week. Looked at porn twice, and I need to do better from here on.

        I guess my sensitivity is still kinda low due to too much wanking over the years, but over the last week I havenoticed improvement.

        It seems I'm able to get more out of stretching and V jelqs for the time being, and I've been doing ulis between sets.

        Flaccid seems to hang better, and eq is much better.

          Stretched and did ULIs all but a couple days over the last week.

          Left out jelqing a few days. Jerked off to porn three days this week.

          All in all, not a good week, but I have noticed some progress in EQ and length anyways.

          Here's to a better week next week.

            Stretched 5 days out of the week, jelqed along with that about 3 times.
            Looked at porn a few times.

            Hopefully as I jerk off less my sensitivity will go up so that it is easier to jelq. I have noticed some length and EQ improvement but not much in girth yet.

              Stretched and jelqed all but two days in the last week.

              Did not even want to look at porn.

              Jerked off once with little fantasizing.

              A great week altogether. I may have noticed a little in flaccid gains, and erect length gains are questionable. I don't think I have gained any girth.

              I'm still working out my jelq pressure though, and hopefully as I jerk off less my sensitivity will improve.
