Hello again PE'ers. I wasn't a very active member in the past and it's been a few years since I first attempted penis enlargement. The first time was successful with 0.2 and 0.1 length and growth gains in a matter of weeks using JP90 but life changes occured causing me to stop. Since then I lost the gains, obviously due to a lack of cementing and it only being a few weeks trial.
But now I'm back again and with the success of the first small attempt I am ready to try again. I started going to the regular body gym last summer and have done well, kept consistent 5 days a week and only 2 months out due to financial reasons. I will return to JP90 as it only takes 30 minutes from preperation to finish and sets me up nicely to head to the gym in the morning straight after which will make commitment to PE much more simple as it slots nicely into my current daily life.
To begin with I don't want much in terms of goals. To be what I consider average would be a nice start but given I have no idea how my shlong will respond to PE I don't want to set a time goal like, "an inch by christmas". Successful growth no matter how slow will be reward enoughI'll edit this first post every month when I've taken new measurements and hopefully I can reach my first goal! Goal : EL - 16cms (6.3in) MEG - 13cms (5.1in) 12/05/14 : EL - 14cms (5.5in) MEG - 11.5cms (4.5in)

Be sure to review the information in the START HERE button at the top of the page. Good information on the best way to proceed.
It would be a good idea to use Bone Pressed for you goals. Also, if you supply your beginning stats, we will be better able to give you advice.

The first 30 days is done so time for an update!
I've decided not to measure until the full 90 days is complete but there's definately been some growth. I've been guilty of taking a quick measurement or 2 and it looks like 0.5cm length and 0.25cm girth but they were literal quick measurements.
I've noticed how much attention I'm paying to my PI's and especially flacid hang throughout the day. On day 1 and 2 I noticed a huge flaccid hang which lasted all day which has become something I try to get every day now. I've had turtling on a few occasions which caused me to ease right off when stretching and jelqing the following workout or 2 until I had my flaccid hang back. I've also had some sort of weird flaccid hang where my penis was still hanging low but wasn't very floppy, maybe it could be called a firm-flaccid hang? It didn't feel like a negative PI but then again it didn't feel like a positive one so, again, I eased off on the following day. Also masturbation had an effect (of course) so I've been careful not to jerk off on days where I'm not long and floppy.
Apart from that there isn't much to be said. I've been more horny, getting better erections and more often, there's been growth in both directions and I'm looking forward to the 90 day measurements!!!

I'm posting from my phone so apologies if it still doesn't split my blurb into paragraphs. I didn't feel much need to update at the 60 day mark because not much had changed.
I'm closing in on 90 days now and I've slowed down a bit during the past few weeks. I got into the bad habit of missing days and trying to play catch up going from 5 on 2 off to stuff like 2 on 1 off 3 on 2 off etc. I then tried switching to 1 on 1 off which seems to have reduced the positive pi's a bit. As of today I'm back to 5 on 2 off religiously until the 90 days is done.
Ignoring the few weeks of slacking there have been good gains, not monstrous gains like some on the forum but enough to put a smile on my face
My next post will be the official 90 day measurements accompanied by the goals I have finally decided on and my plan to reach them. I'd like to thanks the members on this forum from noobs to old hands for every and any post that helped me get to this point. Your questions and answers have been extremely valuable and my gf probably thanks you too lol.
