    Don't mind the title, I'm in a nerdy mood today.

    So I suppose this thread will be my little place on these forums for the years to come. What I plan on posting here is a weekly report. Well, a couple of sentences probably, the students' life is a busy one. Other than that, I'll include links in this post to questions I've asked, threads that helped me in a particular way, and so on.

    JP's 90 Day routine: 30/90

    Starting measurements:
    EL: 16.5cm (6.50")
    BPEL:
    18.3cm (7.20")
    EG:
    14.6cm (5.75")

    Goals:
    EL: 20.3cm (8")
    BPEL:
    22.8cm (9")
    EG:
    16.5cm (6.5")

    So today is the end of my first week of "getting to know PE". As of tomorrow I'll officially adopt my new lifestyle, and hopefully get some results in the months/years to come. I have to admit that since the beginning of the week I've grown more fond of the beneficial health effects of PE, rather than the actual gaining in size.

    Anyway, I've read through most of the major threads and I'm confident that I possess a solid basis to have at it! Other than that I'm contemplating to ban porn for good out of my life, but that's an issue I'll address later.

    Good for you and good luck. Don't forget this site for me isn't just about PE but getting to know new people. So clue us in on that too

    Oh forgot to mention Captian, I named my son, Wesley, it was that or Worf. He's 23 now. Man time flys.

    Wesley is a decent name for a lad. It beats Spock any day.

    On another note, I decided to ban porn as well. I'll indulge every couple of days this week, though I'll gradually decrease the amount of porn on a weekly basis.

    Today is my fifth and last day of training for the week, and as it's recommended in JP's 90 day routine, I'm taking the weekend off to maximize growth and recovery. So far my erections already seem to be better and harder, and I could swear my penis looks bigger, hehe. I'll be taking measurements every month, so that's three weeks to go.

    At the moment I do an additional 50-100 kegels a day. Basically whenever I realise I don't have to get naked to improve the health of my penis, lol.

    I'm at the beginning of week four, and I can't really tell if there's a difference in size compared to week one. I am, however, convinced that my pelvic floor muscles are getting in shape. My kegel exercises are feeling better than they used to. It's hard to describe, but I'd say they feel more "pronounced" or "rigid".

    My orgasms feel more intense, but I'm not certain whether or not that's kegel-related.

    Sorry for the late update and absence, I've had a hellish exam period, and yes, there have been days that I've slacked on my exercise.

    So today I measured myself for the first time in a month, and the results were quite confronting. It turns out I'm more of an average Joe than I dared to admit to myself. I basically measured so that I'd get nice results, but for all this time I've just been fooling myself. Better to admit it than to keep deluding myself. So as of today, I have the following starting measurements:

    Starting measurements:
    EL: 16.5cm (6.50")
    BPEL:
    18.3cm (7.20")
    EG:
    14.6cm (5.75")

    Somewhere I always knew I wasn't over eight inches in BPEL, which makes this more of an eye-opener, really. Mind you, there's nothing wrong with being average. I think that it's actually a pretty humbling discovery about myself. It's because of PE that I came more into contact with how my tool actually is, and how it feels in stead of how I wanted it to be.

    I'll also do a 2 day on 1 day off routine in stead of a 5 day on 2 day off, because that's how I do my actual gym routine as well. Let the gains come to me!

    Your actually a fair bit above average there my friend, no need to panic.

    Great log by the way!

    I noticed one of your previous entries, you say you've banned porn, while I believe in moderation it can't hurt, if you are trying to meet and and make a good impression on ladies it is best to avoid it altogether, as it can make us guys come across a little pervy if we're watching it all the time and the ladies generally don't like that.

    I think it's best to take more rest days, I'm still doing one day on, one day off, it gives plenty of recovery time and we can always add more on days in future.
