Hello everyone! I decided to create this to motivate me and to receive advises, feedbacks and other matters that could help me in my PE journey. I'm an Asian that only 5'3 in height. This is why I want to have a bigger penis.
I started PE last April 13, 2014 with stats of:
BPEL = 5
NBPEL = 4.7
EG (widest part) = 4.5
FL = 2.13
FG = 3.3
I took my last measure after a month last May 13, 2014 and have gains (I wish i measured it correctly) :
BPEL = 5
NBPEL = 4.7
EG (widest part) = 4.7
BPFSL = 3.14
FG = 4
My exercise usually on the 1st month : stretching for 10 min, 20 - 30 mins of jelqing with kegels and if time permits edging. Last week I added more time on stretching up to 15 - 20 mins and less jelqing 20 mins only.
On this day I did:
10 mins warm up
4 sets of basic stretch in 5 directions for 30 secs.
2 sets of left and and right circle stretch with helicopters in between.
5 mins jelqing
5 mins v-jelq
5 mins jelqing
5 mins v-jelq
15 mins edging and ended with a shot
warm down by massaging
I will update my journal from time to time and will really appreciate your tips, advises and feedbacks.
