    Hello everyone,

    I have continued on my PE journey, but I must admit, since my last post a week ago, I have been motivated to keep consistent more than ever.

    Unfortunately, my routine is VERY time consuming, so what I have planned for myself is to continue doing it, but reduce the time spent stretching.

    Consistency = gains. I think that is most important. Regardless, as a fresh start, I am RESETING my day counter to make sure I actually do keep up from now on with little to no mistakes.

    I thank you all for your support. Again, measurements will occur every 31 days.

    Day 0 last night was one of the best PE sessions so far. Really felt better doing 3 short sets instead of 3 long ones. And I got more sleep too! Woot!

    Day 1 was pretty good. I feel like I could have stretched a little bit more intensely, so I'm going to keep that in mind for tonight.

    Oh, and I wanted to add one thing that was said a while back by ATX in his success blog:

    My advice to beginners:
    - Take is SLOW and EASY. I didn't even do all of the exercises in the JP90 because I could feel physiologic indicators telling me to take it easy.
    - Even if you don't gain, I promise you that if you stop watching Porn, and do the JP90, your erections will be so hard, and your flaccid will hang much lower, and that will help your confidence. Ask members for advice.
    - Don't over train! Read through the Injuries posts and get yourself good and scared of injury!
    - Be consistent with your program. If you are half-assing it and taking tons of days off, you probably won't gain.

    It seems I have yet made another egregious error in the timing of my schedule. Due to an impossibly tight academic schedule, I am restarting my progress on Friday, August 1st. I will be done school at that point and will genuinely be able to dedicate myself then. I would put in 2 hours of exercises with no hesitation, but I'd rather not fuck up my courses because of jelqing. It may seem as if I'm making excuses, but I am more dedicated than ever, and the fact that this is interfering with my exercises is something I find quite irksome.

    More updates to come. I want to do this right. I want to be consistent. I want to be fair to myself in order to see results. Out for now; back on Friday.
