Hello everyone,
So after reading bobberick's log, I figured it was time to start being accountable and keep up with my progress. I've been active on here since the new year (2014), but I really want these next 6 months to be far more consistent and successful. I'm still on a newbie routine; kind of a modified JP90 + stuff that seems to be working for me.
Shower Warm-up (5-10 minutes)
Dry Off
Baby Oil Jelq (100 x 3-4 seconds)
Stretch Up, Down, Left, Right (3 sets of 2 minutes for each direction...WHY? Because I really want to focus on length more than girth; girth seems to come a lot quicker to me for whatever reason - but we shall see. I may tone this down once I reach 7"+)
Sit Stretch (3 sets x 1 minute)
Shower Warm-down (5-10 minutes, aaaaand actually take a shower, LOL)
My current stats are in my sig. I'll be hoping to do this 5/7 days. Let's go!
Oh, and I ought to mention...
a) no Porn
b) no junk food

Alright, Day 1. Warmup was nice, jelqing was smooth, and stretch was intense.
Edged for about 14 minutes, then came. Really pissed off about that; I hate it when I lose control. Makes me angry, LOL. Must keep in mind not to do that next time, primarily because it feels...weird after jelqing.

Okay, Day 2. Warmup = okay, jelqing was again, no problem, but this time my grip was a little tighter. Felt thick. Stretch was not as intense, but what I did notice, since I am a grower, is that my ligs are pretty tight! I need to loosen them up. Also, erect stretches seem to work (and reach a farther length) than flaccid stretches for me...don't know if I should continue erect stretches or flaccid (?)
Edged for ~20 minutes; all good this time around.

Day 4 - absolutely furious with myself. Edged again and failed, but prior to PEing. Don't know what I was thinking. Tried to do my routine, but everything felt off, so I stopped. This and Day 3 are now going to be my rest days for the week; I was planning on doing
Sunday (Routine) Monday (Break) Tuesday (Routine) Wednesday (Routine) Thursday (Routine) Friday (Break) Saturday (Routine)
but since I've messed things up, I won't take Friday off.
Really angry right now.

Day 5 - Amazing workout today. Great Jelq routine; looked very thick and angry. LOL. Stretching was good too. ONCE AGAIN, I failed my edging session. Not too angry this time; but I cannot do 20 minutes of edging. I'm pushing it down to 15.

No you did NOT fail, its a feel good exercise, you shouldn't stress over it, anxiety is bad, just enjoy it, and try again next time, with practice you will get there.

I only consider it a failure because I feel as though my gains are slower when I'm in low-T mode. What I'm trying to say is that I feel 10x better doing my routine and working out (at the actual gym) and then NOT edging to failure.01/26/2014 (Starting): 6.0 x 4.7 BPEL

Ejaculation doesn't mean you failed to edge, you should try and back from the PONR three times then ejaculate at the end, I am not an advocate of the theory that you should refrain from ejaculation for long periods of time.
Also, its not a test to pass or fail, you are practicing/training to become better at controlling your arousal, which takes time. Don't negatively condition yourself.A real man never hurts a woman.
